Did a pick up order via uber. Slow and stupid service . It says ready for pick up on the app and I show up and had to wait for another 20 minutes. Happened to me twice now and unfortunately have to leave a review.

We sat outside on the patio and waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Eventually, I went inside to ask a server if we could order, and she seemed surprised, asking “Oh my gosh, where are you sitting?” After finally placing our order, it took over an hour for the food to arrive which is completely unacceptable. The lack of attention and the excessive wait ruined our experience. I love Sunset Grill but definitely not coming back to this specific location. PS. the potatoes don’t taste the best

On Sunday July 27th This was our third visit.... as being in the restaurant business for 35 customer service is number one, the blonde girl not sure of her name is one of the best servers my wife and I have ever had, friendly, great smile, checking on all her tables, making sure you have every thing you need and making sure your experience at this restaurant won't be your last

So this is my second visit, both times I've had the pleasure to be served by Jamie. She is a top-notch server. Attentive, informative, and friendly. The smoked salmon platter is delish! Served with capers, red onions, and a bagel with cream cheese. All ingredients are plentiful and fresh. I highly recommend this spot.

Walked in and RIGHT back out. They have no AC during a heat wave! The poor staff were sweating buckets with smiles on their faces. Made a comment to the manager and got a hand in my face. Completely unacceptable. No wonder it’s empty in there. Get that fixed asap!
