I must say, the staff here at this location, drivers included. Are just the most pleasant to interact with. I usually order delivery, rarely pick up. So I am used to seeing.. Sed, I’m not sure if it’s spelt properly, I apologize. He is always just such a wonderful, polite and caring person when he delivers. No matter the weather. Very appreciative and kind. I also spoke to a woman tonight (didn’t catch her name) she called to ask me about my order, what a polite, kind soul as well! Well spoken and funny. You all deserve recognition. Thank you for all your hard work.

We had such a great experience this evening. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. Olivia, the hostess, greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel comfortable right away.
Our servers, Jennifer and Bre, were absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and always checking in. They really made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stood out even more was the manager who came by to introduce herself. That personal touch made a big difference and showed how much the team cares about their guests.

We had an excellent family meal at Swiss Chalet during a memorable family reunion. Our waitress, Taylor, took excellent care of us and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the chicken and half-rib dinners with French fries, and everything was delicious.
Taylor was kind, patient, and even helped us take photos so we could remember this special day together. We also had fun seeing the robotic food cart bring plates to the tables, which made everyone smile.
Thank you to Taylor and the whole Swiss Chalet team for making our visit enjoyable. We will be happy to come back again.
