Only issue was server brought us water bowls to clean hands after meals. But no napkins to dry them plus water was ice cold. Other than that all good .

We had an excellent family meal at Swiss Chalet during a memorable family reunion. Our waitress, Taylor, took excellent care of us and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the chicken and half-rib dinners with French fries, and everything was delicious.
Taylor was kind, patient, and even helped us take photos so we could remember this special day together. We also had fun seeing the robotic food cart bring plates to the tables, which made everyone smile.
Thank you to Taylor and the whole Swiss Chalet team for making our visit enjoyable. We will be happy to come back again.

I was really looking forward to the the Festive meal. The stuffing was cold the bake potato was cold. We waited 20 minutes to order. The waitress never came back after dropping our food off to see if we were pleased or not. Total disappointment

Tonight I witnessed an extremely rude customer. They were rude and spoke abusively to a young female greeter. I think the greeter was named Parker. Well clearly Parker was taken aback by the horrible behaviour of this customer, however she acted professionally and with great composure. That customers behaviour spoke volumes about who they are! And Parkers response showed just what an amazing young woman she is , a credit to swiss chalet and her parents.
