Kyle, the server was very efficient. Quick and of course quick delivery with the food. your food menu was very filling. Good quality and extremely good value for the money. we also used a coupon. it was very helpful and I suggest you continue on with your discount coupons! Best wishes to a staff here in Wasilla beach. The temperature in the restaurant was cold. The service was extremely slow. The food took way too long to come out when the restaurant wasn't busy. No cutlery given. No spoon for the soup. Asked twice to get butter for the potatoes and challet sauce for the sandwich. Had to return the coffee, which was cold and tasted old, but still on the bill. No one asked about anything during the meal. The serving robot did more than any human server did, as at least it brought the food to the table....finally. Wouldn't recommend, worst dining experience we have ever had.

After making the trip to our WB Swiss Chalet at 5"45 pm for the 'Family Festive Feast' for our supper: I Ordered the choice of 4 sides which consisted of 2 Fries, one Cesare Salad, one mixed garden veg..Chicken cut in quarters please .Order came fairly quick but the racket in the kitchen of laughing and shouting and having to have the fellow at the counter repeat several times the order.....ok so far? when we arrived back home with the order for out friends it was found out that there were NO fries, NO salad dressing and chicken so dry it was uneatable ( thank goodness for the sauce_and not cut : BUT NO Fries!! Really folks, this is just unacceptable......Called and spoke to the manager named Wendy and she offered to send out the fries but we had eaten what we had ..she assured me that if we went again that she would make it right: went today, she wasn't there and the girl behind the counter said the manager wasn't in and wouldn't do anything, so we ordered 2 half chicken dinners..somehow we got an extra order of fries, and 4 extra sauces and no butter for the rolls.....not going back and I would suggest anyone who does, check you order before you leave These dinner are not inexpensive and not getting what you've paid for is not right.
