i work in customer service at a coffee store but this is the worst place i’ve been to.. i orde ahead of time so i didn’t have to wait there like i always do came in at the time it told me which was 1:48 i walked in No one else was there.. the 2 employees working were just standing talking to each other i told them my name they gave me my order when i got home the food in the bag was NOTHING I HAD ORDERED so i had to drive back told them about it their excuse was that they didn’t ask my name or hear it because of the music…. if you can’t hear over the music TURN IT DOWN had to sit there and wait for my order to be remade and was still missing stuff had to go through the drive thru to get the rest

Hope head office reads this. Placed order online and paid. We arrived and the till had order 85 showing for the day, so not very busy.. Our meal was supposed to be ready for 5:21pm. Didn't get our meal till 5:45pm because they only ring it up and send it to the kitchen once you arrive (and wait in line to tell them your order pickup info). So we said there's no point in placing an order online. Reading between the lines, if you don't show, they won't make your food and keep your money. Great plan, but makes the website ordering bogus. This is the second time in a row this has happened, which is why we paid close attention.

Unfortunately to be honest the franchise needs to shut down if they can't follow simple guidelines ,cleanliness n food portions on a consistent basis this place shouldn't be open the only time you can get proper anything really is when either food inspection is in or head office is in. Because they know the higher ups are watching them, Pretty Sad. But when there not there they cut so many corners. Like it's not that hard to be consistent. If you don't want to be there go look for another job. A friend of my mine worked there 14 years left for family reasons n once he left this place went downhill and pretty fast how it's still open with 2.6 🌟 is beyond me and I'm sure small portion of those 5 star reviews are there friends n family to make it sound good. The Sad Truth head office should just shut down operations how many negative reviews do you honestly need.

Ordered a fries supreme. The toppings were minimal, the fries like cardboard. Found not just a tortilla chip in the box, but a hair too. Extra protein I guess. (In the corner of the box)

Completely missed the mark. What was right in the order was cold and destroyed! I do not live in Wasaga and even after explaining that it was a 40 minute drive and the only remedy offered was to replace what I ordered that was wrong...that’s it! A promise that my name and phone number are written somewhere so next time I’m in…next time I’m in!? Wow! I just want my money. Icing on the cake? Their phone number does not work so I had to call KFC to get the ‘manager’.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I have never left a negative review on a business, but I really want you to learn from our mistakes. My husband and I live in Wasaga Beach and we have given this place quite a few chances. They have never once gotten our order right. If you tell them they have given you the wrong item, they'll fight with you first, but eventually take it back. Then they'll turn around and give it right back to, hoping you won't notice. There is barely any actual meat, beans, cheese, etc in any of their items. This place is a complete waste of time and money and they really don't care. Go literally anywhere else.
I ordered pick up for skip the dishes and when I clicked on the location it sent me to Stayner. Through searching realized we needed to go to wasaga beach again. Checked on google there hours because it was approaching 9 and did not want to show up after closing. Says drivethrough will be closed but walk in is open till 11. Showed up and doors are locked. Luckily a worker walked up and unlocked the door. I explained I ordered skip and received a very ackward convo of them saying we are cleaning. Waited an extra 15 minutes I am assuming for them to remake the food. Food is average. Maybe update more accurate hours online?

They had a 2.9 rating earlier this year and have managed to further reduce it to 2.6. Why are they still here?
