I recently visited Taco Bell and had such a wonderful experience that I felt it was worth sharing. The moment I walked in, the store looked very clean, organized, and welcoming. It was clear that the team takes pride in keeping everything neat and presentable.
What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. The employees were polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. They handled everything with a smile and were very quick with service, yet they still managed to make the interaction personal and pleasant. It’s rare these days to find such genuine customer care, but the team here truly delivered it.
The location itself is also very convenient and a nice spot to stop by. Inside, the atmosphere felt warm and enjoyable, especially with the music playing in the background—it added a really nice touch.
Overall, my visit to Taco Bell was more than just about good food; it was about the positive energy, fast service, and the effort of the employees who clearly care about providing a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

Worst of the worst. Bad food, bad service. Cold, soggy, bottom of the barrel. Don’t waste your time. Unless you want cold crap and a whole cup full of ice with barely any liquid in it. And great place to serve food while their air conditioning is leaking all over the restaurant. I’m a local here, never had a good experience here. Won’t be going back. You shouldn’t either.

Washrooms are NASTY!! Fried chicken was super soggy and overly greasy probably because they pre-fried the chicken and kept the chicken in a warmer drawer or their oil was not hot enough. The oil also did not seem very fresh as the chicken skin was a dark brown. I asked for new chicken because it was too soggy and greasy and looked unappetizing, and the staff member looked at me like I was crazy, and “fixed” the order in only 3 minutes, and I have worked in the restaurant industry, and I know fresh chicken takes at least 8 minutes to fry fresh. The second batch of chicken basically looked and felt the same, but I just took it because I was too hungry to argue. The staff member did not apologize or even gave me freshly fried chicken. He gave me another flat faced look like “are you happy now?” I found he completely lacked customer service skills. The food was disgusting, the restaurant is dirty, and the service is terrible and rude! So disappointed. Definitely not up to KFC/Taco Bell standards.

Ordered 6 tacos on taco Tuesday to bring back to my team at work for our lunch. Order was only 10 minutes later than the pickup time I was given when I ordered online (which is better than the usual 20-30 minutes longer than it takes). Because of the rush, I didn't realize that the bag was light, and arrived back at work with only 3 tacos. Continually unimpressed with this location.
