This place is a bit pricey but the menu offers a ton of different options, I went here a couple days ago with my family and my husband and I ordered enchiladas and they were great. Super friendly service too!

Finally tried the Wasaga Beach location Sunday for lunch. Excellent food and even better service! Thank you Cori, it’s been a long time since we have had such great service anywhere.

Came here for breakfast, and it was honestly the most delicious we've had. Gluten free toast, bacon was fantastic, eggs were perfectly scrambled, and the home fries were seasoned deliciously!

We had take out last Sunday Nov 3, 2024. The food was incredible. We ordered the schnitzel (both chicken and wiener schnitzel), with the hunter sauce, we had the Asian bowl, the blackened chicken pasta. The schnitzel size was as big as a dinner plate. All the food was incredible. Can't say enough good about it.

I've gotten the chicken schnitzel twice now and it never disappoints. Huge portion of chicken with mash potatoes and veggies. Order with Hunter gravy! The servers are nice and the atmosphere is homey.

Came in a few over the weekend and they had a full restraunt. It was great to see that the food quality and quality of service didn't go down despite being busy. Food was great as always.

Went with high hopes after seeing them on a tv show. It's just okay. A big menu full of attractive comfort food options.

Portions are not huge. Ordered a Caesar and it was very strong (more vodka than clamato, some may like this!).

Hubby wanted to try the blackened steak as it's apparently one of the speciality dishes. I'm not sure if waitress didn't hear him or if he didn't ask for it but he just got a regular steak. When he expressed disappointment that he'd only ordered it to try the blackened style the chef is known for, the waitress didn't seem apologetic, just said he didn't ask for it blackened. It would have been nice if anything was offered to make it right. Or if she'd asked when he requested a steak if he wanted it blackened (if it's a specialty they're known for, shouldn't they ask?). Anyway, she was friendly, just rushed and we would have been happier if he got the steak he wanted.

I had the lamb shank which was delicious but not all that meaty. You don't get a "choice" of potato. We were told the potato was mashed today, so mashed it was - - fine because we love a good mash. Just noting it.

I was asked if I wanted gravy and I did. It was a thick brown gravy like the packaged or canned stuff for poutine.

As much as I love that salty brown gravy, this dish would've been next level if served with the sauce from the roasted lamb since it was advertised as lamb shank cooked in a red wine sauce which I'm sure is out of this world based on how good the lamb was.

Would've liked the lamb even more if it was served WITH some of that sauce. It WAS very tasty and tender!

The interior is dated but it's Wasaga and they have a good reputation, why fix what isn't broke is probably the general feeling.

All in all, it's for the most part, classic comfort food and not bad-- but there is always room for improvement.

Guarantee 95% of these reviews are either bots, or have been bought. Unfortunately Wasaga beach doesn’t have any good restaurants and this is a prime example of just that. Have been here twice. Both times my fish was extremely oily meaning it was under fried. My friends ordered a burger and also the quesadillas. All were less then mid. Definitely NOT worth the price. Better to just grab a pizza from one of the thousand pizza spots. It’s honestly disappointing as this is one of the very few sit down restaurants not situated by trash 1 beach.

We had a great meal here before covid. So we took our out of province relatives thinking it was a place to go in Wasaga. We were totally wrong. The fish and chips were disgusting, both the fries and fish were dry and over cooked Plus there was no closlaw. It was very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
