Waited for quite a while in the lineup at the ordering screen for somebody to finally come on… I made my order after having to correct them many times about what I said… Got to the window they handed me everything except for the tea that I had ordered so I sat and waited. Finally, somebody came to the window again and asked if there was something else they could help me with, and I said I was still waiting for my tea…
They made the tea and gave it to me.
Got home, and my daughter looked at her NEW** thanksgiving stacked sandwich- And it was turkey on a bun with some mayo- The stuffing was missing and anything else that was pictured to make it look so good was not there.

my wife and I have been there twice now and today was the last time I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and what I got was a big clump of butter on 1/4 of the baglel and my wife got a 4 cheese toasted with herbs and garlic cream cheese and it was the same a small drop of cream cheese in 1/4 of her bagel ... is it that hard to butter a flipping bagel with butter on both sides rather then just put a chunk on a bun and hope it melt ...and the same with the cream cheese it's not rocket science and it's your job when a customer pays good money for there food from a chain that makes millions off the public so next time I will drive back and request a visit with management

Waited in drive through, at 6am on a Tuesday for my order, took soo long that drivers behind me started to honk! The service from the start was bad! The lady that took my order did not speak English well. She made me repeat my order ( 3 combos), three times😡 Then when I went to the window to collect and pay, another lady who didn't speak English well either, asked me to repeat my order AGAIN! We shouldn't have to endure this type of service! I wanna order, pay and go. Not be pushed to utter frustration. This location is in Wasaga Beach. FIX THE communication issue. Is it your staff, or is it your microphone? I dont know, nor do I care. I shouldn't suffer with the irate motorists behind me bc your establishment dropped the ball.

The staff was great, but there can be a wait for walk-in orders. They seem to favor drive-through customers first, and there's usually only enough standing room for three people at a time.

I order my coffee with half a cream, no sugar and decided to try a pumpkin spice shot to welcome fall, the young lady Ariel served us, she made me aware that The shots do add sweetness and suggested half the shots I’m glad she did because the coffee tasted great! I enjoyed it very much. I’m sure all 4 pumps would have overpowered and been to sweet. Thanks again Ariel

Got a tea and it was cold, returned it and told them it was cold and they gave me another one that was still cold. Brutal. How can you not serve hot tea ?

went through the drive thru and ordered a large vanilla cream cold brew, received the drink and it looked off but kept truckin, took a sip and got sour milk :( turned around and went in store, which was loud and really unorganized honestly. when i tried to explain the situation it was argued back with me and the whole issue made me the guest feel as if i was inconveniencing the manager by making him process my request. it was honestly really disappointing as a loyal tim’s customer, i would imagine that a customer with a very obviously spoiled drink would be given a refund or switch of their drink with not much fuss. i was given change instead of debit and it was a lot of fingers punching the screen and not saying much.

This is the worse Tim Hortons store I’ve ever visited. Service is terrible, line up to the point customers are leaving the store. My order was taken by Matthew and even I asked twice why he added something that I didn’t order, he said it was right, the option wasn’t available on the system. It ended up with a wrong items and who ever made it through the sandwich on the countertop and walked away. For sure I will never visit this store again. Owner, you must watch what your employees are doing in your store.

Slowest Tim’s around waiting 20+ for a coffee in the drive through if you drive 10 mins up the road there is a better Tim’s that’s way faster
