My wife and I patronize this store several times a week. The outdoor patio has signs clearly posted " no smoking", " no bikes allowed on patio". There is a group of people everyday ignoring these signs impacting the health and safety of paying customers. They even go as far as moving a table from the patio to under the trees! I have never observed any Tim Hortons management personnel attempting to address this concern! Loyal Tim Hortons paying customers...

The manager is doing a good job as I was about to argue with the staff and she did it before I did. Other than that everyone else is just focused on working on drinks. I mean 3 people on drinks and literally our order was there for like 10 mins on the stand and I had to ask if this is my order and it’s not even a rush hour. Wanted to give less than 3 stars but maybe I came at wrong time.

Service issues at this location...either not enough staff to handle the volume or they need better training. Busy at drive thru and inside, frequent long lineups. Bring your patience with you!!
