I have had the worst experience of Tim’s here. This is the closest Tim’s to me. I bought a French vanilla and it was tasting almost like a hot water. I asked for a replacement and this Indian guy was making rude faces to me as if I was lying. He made a second one and asked me to try it and that was scorching hot and it almost burnt my tongue and again tasteless. I threw both of the French vanilla and walked out of the store.This happened last month almost after 9 pm and there were two Indian guys working at the time. He was the most arrogant unprofessional rude guy who should not be working in customer service. Never visiting again

Stood in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me and still didn’t get an order as I walked out as the cashier left the register for at least 5 mins between each person and went to do something else then would come back and do one more Order. Your customers should not be standing in a line without a cashier on a Sunday at 12pm And in my opinion it was not that busy. I will not be back here

Went on my lunch last week and some idiot woman in a jeep suv went and cut in line ahead of me ! Thanks to the roadway being through the take out line. The cashier then proceeded to serve her even though she lamely claimed she didn’t know where the drive through was. I’m honking but she faked being deaf. There were 3 cars behind me. Cashier shouldn’t have taken her order and served her ahead of other people! Get in line like everyone else!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve worked in fast food for 6 years and never once have I ever been so mad at a whole store. Nobody was inside we got 2 iced coffees with EXTRA cane sugar, when we got the coffees they tasted like they had none at all and immediately after someone yelled they were out which makes sense. Waited another 5 minutes to watch them all talking instead of getting the food ready and when we finally asked for a refund we saw the food just sitting there. The manager was just sitting there letting it happen too and looked absolutely miserable that somehow was mad that they were all talking with no customers and an order that could’ve just been HANDED OUT AND WE WOULDVE BEEN GONE.

I wish I could rate this store negative we ordered 3 small stepped tea’s and waited for over 30 minutes here. All people behind us took their orders and left while after 30 minutes they told us that machine was not working well tell us before taking order so that we can change our order. Poor service.

The staff at this location were not only friendly but also incredibly competent in handling orders efficiently for the most part. As a business owner myself, one particular employee, Gabriella, caught my attention for her exceptional skills and dedication to customer service. She had the ability to remember the orders of repeat customers and execute them swiftly, showcasing her quick thinking and attention to detail. I believe Gabriella's exceptional performance makes her deserving of recognition. I would highly recommend this Tim Hortons location for its excellent service and friendly staff, with special mention to Gabriella for her outstanding performance. Bravo

It’s really too bad that this Tim Hortons is closest to us because it sucks!
Staff can’t even be bothered to greet you. They just hold the debit machine out the window and turn away.
Going to have to start frequenting other Tim Horton’s or just flushing my money down the toilet. It would be more satisfying than ordering from this place.
The food items are another thing altogether. Drinks that aren’t full, burnt food, piss poor excuse for cream cheese, chards of leftover bacon. So glad I paid $2.00 to add it. The burnt bagel is from this morning. I ordered it for my toddler and there is no way he can eat it.
So sick of the local work force around here. Save your time and your money. Go literally anywhere else.
