Topper's Pizza - Wasaga Beach

Ordered 2 deluxe pizzas and chicken wings through Uber Eats but this was delivered by Toppers delivery driver. Both pizzas were burnt and chicken wings were not cooked and pink. Restaurant & Uber Eats refused to refund or exchange anything.

I'm not sure what happened, but Toppers went from good, to bad, to amazing within the last 2 years. I was always a fan, but my pizzas were becoming more burnt and with less cheese, so I stopped ordering from them for a few years (I didn't even get to use my 2 free pizza stickers I had saved up because I feared they would be gross).
But my 8 year old had a friend sleepover who wanted Toppers, so I reluctantly agreed. Boy, was I glad I did! I have ordered twice now since then and each time, the pizza is perfectly cooked, the pepperonis crispy for my husband and kids pizza, and my tomato basil pizza is always amazing. Delivery is a breeze with polite drivers and lovely chats as well. Please keep up the great work!

A great Topper Pizza location that delivers in a timely manner and is incredibly hot on delivery. Pizza is also always cooked great. My #1 spot to go to get a pizza in Wasaga!

Vegetarian options: First time tried this pizza chain I ordered veggie pizza from Uber it was good but they didn’t put any oregano and red chilli bags ketchup up in my order as i called them before delivery about that .Apart from that while eating pizza i got one hair in my pizza that really odds for any person so please take of food while preparing.

Would give 0 stars, ordered through Uber eats 2 personal pizzas, which was 30 minutes late, and cold and soggy, and paid extra money for mushrooms on 1 pizza and was lucky if I had 1 small piece of mushroom on each tiny slice. Will never promote or eat topper's pizza again. Not worth the money or aggravation.

Although the food was good, the ads on Uber Eats were incredibly misleading and arguably false advertised. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it looked in the image quite large with no size labelled. So assuming it was medium we ordered but we’re VERY disappointed when we got a peanut sized pizza. What a joke! The bread sticks were average at best so that is why it’s a 1 star review.

Absolutely horrible. I will ensure my family and friends will not use this pizza place. After 3 hours back and forth our order did not get delivered. I spoke with Silvia at the call centre to confirm they deliver to my address in elmvale. They confirmed they did. Then after 2 hours we get a call from the deliver person that he will not deliver our order. I then call the call centre back and Silva confirms that the pizza will be delivered the manager stated it is in the system and will be delivered. The. after 15 minutes we got a call from head office stating it will not be delivered the manager said it is not within radius. So after almost three hours back and forth we did not receive our pizza. Horrible Horrible service. The manager couldn’t even call us he head head office call us. The head office women even stated it’s clear he wasn’t being honest. Will ensure to not use Toppers pizza anywhere. Unbelievable.
