Went 2 weeks in a row and got half full fries and all small ones no normal fries asked for no ice in drink got ice and asked for no tomato on original chicken sandwich as it is a allergy and got tomatoes plus a pickle witch does not come on a chicken sandwich owners are not good always looking for the cheep way out don’t care about the service you receive and definitely don’t care to make your order right will never go back will go to McDonald’s from now on at least they make the food hot and fully cooked don’t waist your hard earned money the Wasaga beach Wendy’s has awful service and they do not deserve your hard earned money food sucks

This Wendy’s at Wasaga Beach is a disappointment in terms of customer experience. First off, there’s no internal seating — which is surprising and inconvenient, especially given its location in a popular beach area where families and groups are likely looking for a quick, comfortable meal indoors. What were they thinking?
While the food is standard Wendy’s quality, the lack of seating means you either have to eat in your car, take it to go, or hope for decent weather to eat outside, which isn’t always ideal. It’s baffling that a major chain in such a high-traffic area would overlook such a basic need.
I’d recommend other fast-food spots nearby if you’re looking for a more comfortable dining experience, but if you’re just grabbing a quick bite on the go, this Wendy’s will do the trick.
Parking: Only a few spots as this place is pretty much take out only.

Fast, but maybe too fast. I love the convenience being open until 3am. It was great to grab a baconator after a late shift. However, one time the burger was cold, a few times it was barely warm and the last time the burger was served undercooked and pink. A smoked burger would be awesome, but that wasn't this case! Only once it was proper temperature when they ran out of patties and I had to wait. At times, I was the only in the drive-through and the burger was ready by the time I got to the window. This isn't fresh. Patties might be made by fresh meat, but when they're served cold, the burger itself isn't fresh. The staff are always friendly and the site is clean. I have always loved baconators, but the last experience is a turn-off. I've never had any other issues at any other locations, but the last time here has completely turned me off Wendy's burgers. I rather wait for a hot and fully cooked burger, than given a burger where the cheese stays firm.

Multiple times coming here have received raw/pink burgers. It just happened again now. SMH. Also this 5$ strawberry lemonade 3/4 full of ice. What a complete rip off. I’ll go to Collingwood where nobody can tell me how much ice to put in my drink and they cook their burgers.
