Its fast food. Normally I'd say you get what you pay for, but thats not the case with wendys. Food is overpriced, inconsistently over or under cooked, presentation is minimal. Customer service is average. This location was also designed for 2 windows to operate more efficiently, but ever since they've been open theres been inadequate staffing levels with only 1 window available. Its ok if you need something quick and your from out of town. Return customers is a stretch with how this place operates currently.

I recently tried the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich at Wendy's, and honestly itâs a great value. Itâs now part of Wendyâs Quality Choices value menu in Canada and costs under $4 any time of day â which is awesome for the quality you get. The chicken is 100% Canadian, with a juicy inside and a crunchy outside, and it doesnât feel like youâre paying extra just for a âvalueâ item.
Wendyâs has also been rolling out a bunch of deals and coupons, especially if you use the mobile app or rewards program.
Overall, if youâre looking for something tasty without spending a ton, the crispy chicken sandwich plus the app deals and coupons make Wendyâs feel like good bang for your buck.

stopped by Wendy's recently and had a really good experience. The food was fresh and came out pretty fast. My burger was hot and juicy, and the fries were nice and crispy. Everything tasted great! HORRIBLE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, staff is clueless, youâll repeat urself 100 times and they still get it wrong every time . Customer service is non existent, when you walk in they will ignore you for several minutes as if they are busy but really they are doing absolutely NOTHING but standing around . then when they get around to u they proceed to take ur order without a smile or even a hello, then youâll wait 20+ mins to be served ur disgusting âfast foodâ. Not welcoming at all . They had 1 young man who actually seemed like he knew what he was doing, burgers always tasted delicious when served by him but the rest of the staff is absolutely horrible and I personally am disgusted by the food anytime itâs not him. I truly wonder how they get it so wrong. I do not recommend this location it is a disgrace to the Wendyâs franchise and I will never be returning . Do better , get better staff or at-least attempt to fix the issues with the incredibly lazy staff. Any good reviews you see for this location must be the staff and their families.
