Its fast food. Normally I'd say you get what you pay for, but thats not the case with wendys. Food is overpriced, inconsistently over or under cooked, presentation is minimal. Customer service is average. This location was also designed for 2 windows to operate more efficiently, but ever since they've been open theres been inadequate staffing levels with only 1 window available. Its ok if you need something quick and your from out of town. Return customers is a stretch...

I recently tried the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich at Wendy's, and honestly it’s a great value. It’s now part of Wendy’s Quality Choices value menu in Canada and costs under $4 any time of day — which is awesome for the quality you get. The chicken is 100% Canadian, with a juicy inside and a crunchy outside, and it doesn’t feel like you’re paying extra just for a “value” item.

The crew members at Wendy's were amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Everyone worked well together and kept things running smoothly, even when it was busy. They were patient while taking orders and made sure everything was correct. Their positive attitude really made the whole experience better! 😊
