Met some friends there for dinner. Excellent service and we all really enjoyed our meals. 3 of our party had the daily special of veal or chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce, red cabbage and spaetzle or potato cakes. Very tasty. We couldn't resist the homemade dessert of apple fritter served with vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce. Yum! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a good home cooked meal at reasonable prices. We will be sure to return next time we are in the area.

What a truly amazing dinning experience! Home made food matched with excellent service, what more could you ask for! I’m so glad that we tried out this restaurant and we will definitely be returning soon!
Worst dinning experience in years, so bad my partner couldn't stop laughing, personally I wanted to cry. Server appeared to have a good heart and warned us that the burgers were pre-made frozen pucks; stating that other items on the menu were fresh and homemade. This was simply not true. Server kept calling my partner Dolly - who does that. I ordered ribs - hard as a rock, pre-frozen, then microwaved with dabs of ketchup/bbq sauce on top. Side of mashed potatoes with canned gravy and canned beens. The ribs could best be described as bland, grey and dry and that would be generous. I think there is a business that turns this type of fibrous waste into door mats. Not kidding, the worst. My partner had another grey bland item - the chicken schnitzel special. Again, cold, grey and devoid of flavour. Schnitzel done right can be plump and juicy inside with lovely browned crunchy goodness on the outside. This grey wet mess was absolutely terrible. Normally we would have had the Rice Pudding for desert but at this point we couldn't leave fast enough. They should pay you to eat the stuff they are serving - not vice-versa. This is an honest review. You can read my other reviews, I can be very positive and have dinned at some great places - this was not one of them.
