This place has improved since the new owner! She is so sweet and lovely to talk to. She takes your order seriously. Previous owner used to skimp on toppings, but the new owner fills the burrito bowls full! Definitely more value for money. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back. ☺️

I wish I could give negative star. So dirty place , regular bean burrito, feels so small. Usually go to another location and so happy about burrito and bowl. So disappointed. Will never go back.

Had a great experience! We were greeted when we walked in, and the staff member was so nice! I went with my dad and we got a veggie bean and cheese bowl. There was enough toppings in the bowl, and we really enjoyed it! It was also clean and tidy, and a nice quiet place to enjoy lunch. It's not in my usual route, but I would definitely come back if possible.

Preety changed the game.( I hope I spelled her name right) she has a passion for food, engaging customers in conversation and overall a wonderful personal experience. My families food was made perfectly. If I were a franchise owner she would be making top dollar. She went above and beyond making my experience there one to remember. If anyone should be a head chef/cook at this place. It has to be her. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would based on her. She took her time with each order made, put the care into each plate that a lot of other food joints lack. 11/10, I’ll be back!

“Basically, a tortilla filled with rice.” They are very stingy with the toppings. I specifically requested extra beans and please go easy on the rice. Ordered various toppings and really could hardy taste them at all. Very minimal amount of guacamole, salsa, cheese, etc. Truly could not even tell if those ingredients were there. It was just … rice, a few beans, and onions. Also, please hire more staff. The poor lady out front, was alone, no assistance, trying to make food for 15 waiting customers. Come on, guys!
We were craving Mexican food today and decided to give barBurrito a try here in Waterdown instead of going to Burlington and we were not disappointed at all. Preeti greeted us so nicely and made us feel so welcome. The food we got was the chicken bowl and it was so delicious I couldn't stop eating.The servings were very generous.The chips were nice and crunchy. Everything is so fresh. Everything is so nice and clean. We are so glad we went there today and glad to say we will definitely be back for more.
Vegetarian options: definetly, you can choose a bowl with no meat and make it vegetarian
Dietary restrictions: Anyone can eat here as the selection is quite good
