I don’t usually leave reviews. But we left after having an app and some pizza we got really sick on the way home. The pizza appeared cooked but didn’t taste cooked. The service was bad. Our server watched me put my pin and put the tip in. The prices were very high for the low quality of service and food. We had 2 drinks, 1 pizza and an appetizer and it was over $100

They don’t pick up their phone, they are the only BP i know that doesn’t play UFC. The lady at the entrance assumed I was a skip driver because I am brown.

Absolutely dismal food. Ordered a medium pizza and two orders of wings for $65! Food was terrible, probably the worst wings I’ve had. I could go to fortinos and get better frozen wings. I’d also take a $10 dominos pizza any day over this. Think twice, before you spend your hard earned money here. It always blows my mind how low people’s expectations are, how this restaurant has the rating it does is a joke.

I ordered the Mediterranean pizza from Boston Pizza (Waterdown location), and it was really disappointing. The taste was completely bland and lacked any flavor or freshness. I’ve always expected better quality from Boston Pizza, but this experience was very underwhelming. Definitely not worth the price — really disappointed with this store.

9 of us came for Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving Monday. Everyone was so nice. Service was great. Didn't hear anyone complain about the food, and the portions were large. First time being at this Boston Pizza, and it is probably one of the best Boston Pizzas out there.

Excellent waitress by the name of Emily that works on Tuesdays who shows up to give you the best Boston Pizza experience possible. Boston Pizza Hamilton, Barton St could learn a thing or two about how to properly run a restaurant.

My wife daughter and I went here for dinner tonight it was really good the service was beyond top notch.. not sure if it was the manager or not but the gentleman had our drinks refreshed immediately without asking

EDIT!! My Wife Daughter and I went here again September 30th 2025 for dinner. The food was delicious and the manager (I’m guessing) was there with drink refills with out even asking him.. we definitely received top notch service..
Myself and 21 ladies enjoyed some fabulous food tonight, our waitress and restaurant hostess were great..the food all came out together in a timely manner.. thanks to all the staff involved for making it a great night
