The fritters highlighted the overall experience of this cozy spot. Good amount of seating and food/drink variety for a cafe spot. Pricing is very reasonable. You get that "everyone is welcome" vibe here. It is a spot that gives the feeling of what a cafe should feel like - the warmth the environment brings to the good tasting food/coffee items.

I barely had tomato in my BLT yesterday

The lovely smily welcoming gal who used serve at front counter is gone and there was a shy non -smily person

Such a lovely little cafe located right on the corner of Main St & Dundas in Waterdown. Parking is free but limited behind the cafe. The food is absolutely scrumptious and the Muskoka latte was delicious! The food and drink came out fast and fresh. The staff are helpful and pleasant. This is a must stop in to if you’re in Waterdown!!

Very poor service. I was declined seating with my 6 month old because the only table left was for a table of 4, and I was only 2. Had to have my coffee and food uncomfortably outside with my infant, when i initally came here to take a coffee break after some exhausting nights with baby. I understand the concept of 4 people to the table, but exceptions can be made folks, let's use our common sense and have a normal level of empathy... better training is required for their staff.
I do not typically leave reviews, but I thought it was appropriate in hopes that the next new mother and her baby/ children aren't turned away when there is clearly seating available. Mothers with their babies, the elderly, and those with disabilities should be prioritized.
Copper Kettle does not display the culture of Waterdown, unfortunately.

Been here twice and everything ive had has been delicious. Iced latte, bagels, and this absolutely delectable pumpkin loaf. Excited to try the rest of their lunch/breakfast menu!

Quick friendly service. Food and drinks did not take long either.
Lots of space inside, but also due to that it is loud and echos.
Parking: Very small rear lot which is shared with neighboring businesses, or limited street parking.
