Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered the new bacon cheese deluxe signature stack burger through the drive thru. Got home and there is no bacon it. I was disappointed.

Haven't been here in a while and usually not for burgers and fries. I was pleasantly impressed with the new bacon back slider and the fries were fresh and crisp. The service was great despite having the kids in training (they were trying hard and succeeding). I plan to go there instead of the other fast food places going forward.

Our family has been going to the Waterdown DQ for years. Jane and her staff treat their customers like family. The food portions are generous. DQ should have Jane train all their new franchises.

Just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond showing kindness to my daughter today, teaching her all about ice cream! And you didn’t even know that we were there to celebrate something she had accomplished earlier in the morning after several weeks of trying, so you guys just made it extra extra special.

On our recent trip to visit relatives in Waterdown we visited this branch of Dairy Queen twice. On both occasions we had the $8 special which consisted of a decent sized cheeseburger, a good portion of fries, a drink and to finish off…an ice cream sundae….ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT VALUE and very tasty. The lady who served us on both occasions was absolutely lovely and with great customer service. My only regret is that we don’t have Dairy Queen in the U.K..

New owners? I have been coming to this location from Oakville for many years because it was far and away superior to other locations. For the last few months the food has been dropping in quality. A cold bun every time, leathery fries that don't seem fresh, burger sometimes not as ordered. This summer they had a Friday car show taking up pretty much the entire parking lot, forcing everyone through a long wait in the drive-thru. The staff try hard and aim to please, but the food needs to get back up to the high standards it was before I'd invest in the drive again.

Jayne is amazing! Without her and her family, this place wouldn't ever be the way it is! We love coming here for half price cakes on Mondays. I had a privilege to speak with Jayne on the phone and she's such a sweet person. Thank you for you're hard work and dedication to please your customers. We have yet to come for one of the events but will try to make it out as my kids love DQ!!!
