Went here tonight. They tried to convince my husband to take an already made pizza another customer didn't show up for. Then after a ridiculously long wait he didn't inform my husband of until after he paid! He gave us the wrong pizza!!!! My husband paid for meat lovers and added green peppers and mushrooms. He instead got a sloppy made pepperoni and bacon with green peppers added. My daughters cheese was half cheese half no cheese. The guy was extremely rude at the counter. We will never eat here again. Im now wondering if they ga e us that other pizza instead.

Amazing service from Tarek, Hanna and the crew! Pizza was delicious and made fresh, made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend going here for big parties or even just a slice, you will not be disappointed!

Tried to order a two pizza deal on the website but it couldn't read our address so we called in to order. Person on the other end complained about the distance a couple times and then without telling us added a $20 upcharge on our order.
Only after being called out for it did they say it was because of the distance (20 minute drive). And they somehow had the arrogance to be rude about it. Pizza places are supposed to know whether they do or don't deliver to an area. It's not the customers problem to figure out your policies for you, and I'm pretty sure adding upcharges secretly like that is illegal.
Do better next time, this was an absolute joke of an experience.

The pizza here is consistently delicious with generous toppings, a crisp crust, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Staff are friendly, and welcoming. Gino’s delivers great taste and dependable service. One of my go-to places for pizza!
We get pizza from here regularly. But the pizza can be hit or miss from week to week. The food tastes good, but the toppings can be what you expect or sparse. Don't bother spending the money on extra cheese, it almost never seems to come with the extra cheese. We just got pizzas again tonight, and despite my better judgement we ordered with double cheese on one and triple cheese on the other, and it looked like there was barely any cheese on either pizza. I understand price of goods are going up, but so have the prices of the pizzas. Anyways, this is not meant to deter people from ordering pizza from here, i believe in supporting local businesses, but please provide feedback, so they can improve on their consistency and quality.

This is our favorite pizza place in Waterdown. We just ordered take out pizza another day and it was so delicious. Ali was super friendly and always had a big smile on him when we walked in. We will definitely go back there soon.

The pizza is not so bad, but the customer service is disgusting, the person in charge treated us as if he was going to give us the food from the beginning when ordering and at the time of making the payment his machine froze and began to yell at us and blame us, in conclusion the taste of a regular pizza but the service worse than for a prisoner, I will never return.
