they wanted me to for a bunch of delivery charges ? why i canceled my order and order from Pizza Pizza and save myself $16.00 in extra the extra charges. i will never go to Gino s Pizza every again they are ripping of there customers know with these extra charges. no need for it.

This is the best pizza in Waterdown so far. The service person was very nice and happy to make me another pizza when I found it to be not perfect. Overall very satisfied with my order, pretty much the best pizza of this year. The restaurant was pretty neat as well for being a fast food restaurant. A tad bit expensive than other pizza franchises but the best you can find in waterdown.

We ordered 3 pizzas but only 2 were delivered. Had to reorder as the order taker got it wrong. To top it the meat on the pizzas was sparse and moreover all pizzas were under cooked! Not a good experience. What happened? Change of management or personnel as we had better experiences before…

Worst Ginos pizza. Ordered through skip the dishes and order came totally wrong. Missing topping, pizza poorly put together and under cooked even after requested well done. Missing extra dipping sauce that paid for. When called restaurant their response was “don’t care”. I would never order again from this location. The staff was very rude.
