To the Asian lady assembling burgers, the eye rolling and just disdain for what you do was palpable. She missed things in our order (no big deal), when we went up to ask for said things she was condescending, rolled her eyes and was just rude.

Had not been in a Harvey’s restaurant in years. I use to really enjoy it, fresh & tasty. Well not this time. Burger was tasteless. Place was not very clean. Only 2 other people in restaurant. Tables were sitting unclean while all the counter staff, etc. were standing around talking. Will never return.

Food was ok, burger was great, onion rings over done. Service was just ok. The guy sweeping the floor noticed me and looked up 5 or 6 times but never said someone was at the counter. It was late so it was ok, bathrooms needed cleaning.

Awesome workers, Awesome Food and Awesome place! Ordered Takeout.They have Swiss Chalet as well and that's what we ordered with Fring's from Harvey's. Wow, nowhere else but Waterdown!

I was visiting today, it seems to be a slow day albeit the server were very attentive, they took my order pretty fast and I got fresh burgers so that was nice. Will visit again.
