Not customer services good I am waiting for 10 mint and boba juice it’s garbage
I've only ever come for their mango slush. As far as BUBBLE TEA goes though, surprisingly good.

Worst bubble tea ever tasted , feeling bitter taste after 5 seconds and went there and told lady right in 1 minute and she said thats like how jelly tastes and smells . Very Very bad taste. And also thank you for your rude behaviour with customer.

Match bubble tea was excellent, the boba was very fresh
Taro cream tastes horrible. Hazelnut flavour was ok. But either something went bad with taro or product is terrible quality.

I am a frequent customer of I heart Boba. Usually I am acquainted with a great drink and good service. However, today was rather different. Midway through my bubble tea I sucked up a dead wasp. The store was called immediately to notify them of what happened and I was rudely told that “this is impossible”. He did not apologize or show any concern to the situation. I will no longer be visiting this business and will be informing my family and friends about what happened.
