Service is excellent. Very friendly staff with short wait times in my experience. I really enjoy the atmosphere as well.

In my opinion, for the price of the food, the portion sizes are very small, but otherwise it’s a good experience.

The lady who took my order was nice but the food is way overpriced and poor quality. An $18 tuna melt was made with kraft singles… A better option for a quaint Waterdown cafe is the Copper Kettle, they have a much tidier, more appealing atmosphere and everything seems worth the price.

I had a gingerbread latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and it was delicious! Service was super friendly and it was a cozy atmosphere. Great place to meet friends for coffee.

I come from Toronto for the BLTs and coffee here. Both are best in the region. Great staff, filled with local regulars. Kid-friendly.

First time coming to Jitterbug Cafe, the food is tasty, both tea and food ingredients are of the higher quality while prices are relatively cheap. Highly recommended you looking for good breakfast ☺️

Jitterbug is awfully expensive for the kind of food they serve. A simple bagel sandwich and a salad costs 17 bucks. The coffee tasted straight-up terrible.

Service was fair. Patrons were staring at us half the time, I don't feel like my friends and I were welcome there.

You can get better food for less at Tim Hortons, and I don't like Tim Hortons.

Another Great Find!

Once again, filtering for 4.5-star ratings and higher led us to a fantastic restaurant. The food, service, and coffee were all easily five stars.

The only disappointment was that the rain kept us from enjoying the patio. But we'll definitely be back-rain or shine!
