This place never seems to have anything ready. It no big mystery that they will have more customers at dinner time so they could precook some food ahead of time. 45 minutes to wait after ordering it 30 minutes ahead of time on the app is ridiculous.

I went into KFC to feed a hungry group! As we all know going to KFC can be daunting at times. The front staff was so accommodating and patient with my questions. I had a few allergies and she went out of her way to make sure they were met accordingly. She is an awesome person! Thank you Amisha , you really made my day!

For the first time in many years, I was told that I have to wait for the chicken as the chef was on break. Ordered the spicy sandwich, fries and some other stuff. The chicken was cold, fries were refried and on top of it, the staff was busy sharing stories rather than serving customers. The staff desperately needs training and most importantly they need to learn how to deal with customers. I wish I could give them less than 0 for their effort. It was a waste of time and money. Never going back to this place ever again.

Went to get some chicken at drive thru and the person at drive thru refused to make a fresh batch of chicken and said he was closing so won’t be making it. The store closes at 11 pm and I was at drive thru at around 9 pm.

Extraordinarily greasy compared to other KFCs. Ordered on the app....the app said my order was ready however it took another 25 mins before I got my order. Other customers there were complaining of their orders being late as well. Not a good customer experience. Wouldn't go back.

When someone orders loaded fries or poutine, it’s basic common sense to provide cutlery. I ordered loaded pickle fries, went home, and only then realized no cutlery was given. I had to come back to the store and ask for fresh fries. At that point, a staff member started lecturing me, saying they don’t automatically give anything “on top” unless the customer asks. But honestly, it’s just general knowledge that poutine or loaded fries require a fork—you don’t eat them with your hands.
When I asked if I was supposed to eat loaded fries with my hands, her response was “yes.” Absolutely unbelievable. That was rude and dismissive. Congratulations—you’ve lost a customer, I won’t be coming back.

There location on the KFC app is ALWAYS CLOSED. It is pathetic! Because as corporate KFC offers some killer deals on the app. But this location is disgraceful when they purposely shut down their location on a regular basis. Not sure if the owner is aware. If the owner is aware, yet still allowing - I hope KFC corporate can take some action

Girl at the drive through had a bad attitude. Was there about 430pm Sun july 13 , and couldn't even get my drink right and the fries were very bad. Another lost customer 😒

Dont bother walking in, they seem to prioritize drive thru over walk-in customers, I mean like a lot. Drive thru was being served in under 5 minutes while the person ahead of me said they'd been waiting for 30 minutes for 2 small combos. Unacceptable. Better off going drive thru then parking and going inside to sit down and eat. Would be served faster that way.

Same guy ahead wanted a packet of ketchup after and there he was, in full view of them, waving them down and everything and they openly ignored him, they looked at him and in that direction, couldn't take the 15 seconds to walk over, see what he wants and then give it to him. Service at this location is absolute garbage.
