Simple 3 coffee order took very long to make. Didn't keep their pots filled. Staff were nice.

They messed uo my order two days in a row. Didn't add egg in one of the egg sandwiches and missed bacon in the other one. Staff was nice and cordial. However I was far from it and couldn't return it. When I got back later in the day they didn't accept that they messed up. Expensive for shitty food
My nuggets were hard and disgusting
9:35pm night shift crew. We ordered a meal, the lady who was making the burgers didn’t have any gloves on, pulled out the garbage bin, tied the garbage and took it out.. after she did that without washing her hands and putting on some gloves, she proceeded to make the burgers. She touched the burger buns with those dirty hands and after that she grabbed the cleaning wet rug and clean the top counter, used the same dirty hands to grab the onions and all the ingredients in it. That is so disgusting.
Just had one of the worst coffees I've ever had here.
Walmart plaza. Staffing issue. 13 min for coffee and muffin. Staff pleasant but far behind.

Ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 coffee. Charged for sausage egg Mcmuffin and received sausage mcmuffin with no egg! And to top it off, there was a large piece of plastic in my coffee!! Could have choked on it if I didn't notice. Not sure what is going on at this location but management needs to seriously look at quality control and service standards. Will not be returning to this location.
The Reno is complete.....and clearly this was a Reno designed for "back of house". Without knowing for certain, it would appear that the decreased seating by 30 to 40 percent. A lot of " dead space" by cash area. Positioned the "Self Ordering" machines right beside the two booths with no divider creates a very uncomfortable situation with people staring at you and your food while they fumble their way through the ordering screen, not to mention the noise level when "well behaved kids of waterdown" order their food with their friends standing beside them. Management should put up a "clear barrier extending full length of bot booths combined. Not really sure what this Reno accomplishes

I got the junior chicken burger, can't have spice, thought I'd be safe, 3 hrs later mouth still burning, stomach upset and heartburn, As n a children"s item are you kidding me. Very disappointed, at least people should be told it's spicy, it'll be awhile before I go back, if ever, so angry!
