Ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 coffee. Charged for sausage egg Mcmuffin and received sausage mcmuffin with no egg! And to top it off, there was a large piece of plastic in my coffee!! Could have choked on it if I didn't notice. Not sure what is going on at this location but management needs to seriously look at quality control and service standards. Will not be returning to this location.

The Reno is complete.....and clearly this was a Reno designed for "back of house". Without knowing for certain, it would appear that the decreased seating by 30 to 40 percent. A lot of " dead space" by cash area. Positioned the "Self Ordering" machines right beside the two booths with no divider creates a very uncomfortable situation with people staring at you and your food while they fumble their way through the ordering screen, not to mention the noise level when "well behaved kids of waterdown" order their food with their friends standing beside them. Management should put up a "clear barrier extending full length of bot booths combined. Not really sure what this Reno accomplishes

I got the junior chicken burger, can't have spice, thought I'd be safe, 3 hrs later mouth still burning, stomach upset and heartburn, As n a children"s item are you kidding me. Very disappointed, at least people should be told it's spicy, it'll be awhile before I go back, if ever, so angry!

My favourite cook, Mr. Chisholm, is a marvel of the modern art of cooking. I ordered the Filet ‘o’ fish, and I was delighted with the tenderness of the patty. Furthermore, the bun was juicy and warm. I hope that Mr. Chisholm gets the recognition that he deserves.

Each of the 3 times I've been at this location, something goes wrong with *some* morning staff. Incorrect sales, I have to check my bag before I leave. And recently I grabbed 2 meals for my children and one was completely cold while the other was warm. That went well.. (Ended up going to another location.) Unlikely to return to this location.

McDonalds is just McDonalds but I'm giving this review because of their service. I come in daily for coffee and they are super friendly each time. Never had an issue with my food orders either, and they're usually pretty quick. Once I had to wait for iced coffee to be made and I assume the owner asked if I wanted a drink to sip on. I declined but he gave me a coupon for a free fry/mcflurry/etc. This was beyond my expectations, as I was happy to wait a few minutes for coffee.
