For $25 for a pita, soda, and a bag of chips you’d expect an excellent pita, NOT THE CASE! If you’re looking for a tiny portion size of tough, grizzly chicken and some brown lettuce this is your kinda place. The shrink-flation and extremely high price is just something we’ve come to expect lately but you’d expect them to maintain quality control. The “grilled” chicken came out cold and the cheese portion was tiny but I believe the worst part was the customer service. I was halfway through my pita and bag of chips when the foul smelling worker started shouting at me in broken English that the “pita pit” branded chips aren’t included in the chips and soda combo (not the end of the world but a sign or warning would be nice). He then told me that I had to give him back my half eaten bag of chips and take a prepackaged bag from the shelf (the same shelf with the pita pit chips). The whole interaction was extremely rude and after paying the extremely high price you’d expect a decent meal and decent service

I have eaten at many Pita Pits over the years and frequently have stopped at this one on my way home from work. I always order the same rice bowl as I enjoy it and this particular location has always been not too generous with their toppings however today I made a conscious decision to not stop at here any more. Lots of greens but light sprinkle of other toppings. Just a quick grab with the fingertips. So dissappointed. I can't warrant spending $19 of my hard earned cash for a dinner of mostly greens where I come away just about as hungry as when I went in and now have to get more food somewhere else later.

I stopped by Pita Pit Waterdown yesterday and just wanted to say how great the experience was. The two girls working were so kind and welcoming — it honestly made my day. They greeted me with a smile, chatted a bit while making my food, and just had such a positive vibe. You could tell they cared about what they were doing and about the people coming in. It’s rare to feel that kind of genuine service these days. Thanks again — I’ll definitely be back!

My family and I frequent this location often. We always order somewhat the same thing which brings our bill to about $60. Yesterday (July 11)my 6 year old daughter asked for her regular veggie toppings, no sauce, cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese..the woman making our wrap was very rude and short to her and said no, only 1 cheese. I said really? Since when… we always get a SPRINKLE of parm!? She just said no..only one cheese! No other explanation. Didnt say the sprinkle of parm would cost more. Just “only one cheese”. Fine. I wanted to walk out right then because of her rudeness and lack of customer service to my little girl. This has never happened to us since we have been coming here for years. Time for my order. I got my regular toppings for my chicken Cesar wrap…. It came to the cheese. Like my daughter, I always get Cheddar cheese and a SPRINKLE of parm. I offered to PAY for a sprinkle of parm and just she rolled her eyes at me. Then my husband offered his extra toppings that he paid for so I could get my sprinkle of cheese. She rolled her eyes again and gave me my tiny sprinkle. All we wanted was our regular orders that we get on a weekly basis. I don’t know why this day was different and so hard to get a sprinkle of parm as usual!! ALSO…. My two kids both got kids wraps and always get a drink and a cookie with their wrap.. well not this day apparently. Just a drink. They don’t do cookies with the meal anymore!!?? They cost extra as well?? That’s fine if things change, but some kind of signage or a kind explanation would be appreciated. Anyway, it left a bad taste in our mouth. Next time I think we will just drive a little further to the next location. (I see Vanessa martini’s review prior to mine- telling her side of the story… that is not at all what happened! There’s was NO explanation that a sprinkle of parm cost more!! I had to offer to pay for it!!)

I just ordered 2 pitas for $38 roughly and I am absolutely disgusted I normally only complain when its really bad The chicken was chewy foul taste and grizzle in it The lettuce was brown old The supposed grilled veggies onions green peppers Raw and overpowering Chicken cold not grilled and barely toasted For the cost and how simple your job is you should be putting out some amazing products This was absolutely garbage and wasted my hard earned money Thanks

Went to pick up an Uber eats order at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, May 12th, stood in the shop for quite some time which was empty before I yelled out. Hello, and finally a worker came out of the back holding a phone to her ear and then put the phone down and was able to give me the order. Extremely unprofessional, even for Subway shop. It's sort of ridiculous. You have to yell for someone hiding in the back on their phone. *Update* the owner asked me to email to resolve this, but never once responded to the email. A pathetic attempt to publicly look like you care.
