I had a very concerning/disgusting experience at this Pita Pit location on November 28th at 2 PM. While eating my wrap, I discovered a metal screw inside. This foreign object damaged my tooth, which has a crown on it, causing significant discomfort and concern. This is a serious safety issue that could have resulted in severe harm. I hope Pita Pit addresses this immediately to prevent such incidents in the future.

Had a great experience at Pita Pit Waterdown yesterday. The food is always fresh, and the service is top-notch. I have to give a special shoutout to one of the staff members, a short girl with incredible energy and a friendly smile. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the order is perfect and her positive attitude brightens up the whole place. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Highly recommend this spot for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal!

New management needs to improve consistency of making the wraps. I bought a tuna wrap that managed to drip everywhere...and was bland tasting even though I asked for the same items as I've always done.

The staff were polite and patient with me and my sister when we were taking our time to order and asked about things like how much hot sauce, gluten free sensitivity, and even double checked to make sure they didn’t put any of the toppings wrong. Overall good experience.
