Went there for lunch had seen some new faces but had never had this great customer service and with my past experience i have stopped coming here as my pitas were never in one piece :) always tear apart but this time it was a good experience and will surely start coming back thanks to the little girl on the counter with Spectacles for her service highly recommend cheers pitapit Waterdown.

since the new owners bought the franchise the portions are noticeably smaller. Perhaps they could institute weighing the components rather than just guessing the amount of lettuce etc.
Improved customer service…..staff always smile and greet well…tried their buffalo chicken amazing experience since i have ate in pita pit i like deep suggestion.

Vegetarian options: They have clean place for vegetarian . Staff clean their grill very well. Staff are amazing & their service is fast & quick. I will recommend this place.
