Went for dinner! Enough seating options for. Pizza place! We being vegetarians asked for a pesto vegeterian options and they customized it for us! You can also build your own pizza!

We wanted to try their Pizza for quite sometime and recently we got to try their offerings and it turned out to be absolutely amazing and has now become our go to for pizza in waterdown.
We ordered spring rolls, vegetarian pizza with pesto base and 2 dips and both of them were delicious.The pricing is also very reasonable and not too heavy on the pocket

I recently have enjoyed different varieties of vegetarian pizzas for my family and friends . I got them hot and fresh and fully covered with fresh vegetables . The base/crust of the pizza was so soft and fresh that I could not resist to enjoy more than half of the pizza myself 🤪. Along with pizzas my kids enjoyed mango lassi and chocolate milk too . It’s more kids friendly and clean space to sit and dine in as well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for fresh and yummy pizza lovers with wide variety of tastes to be offered.

Vegetarian options: More high quality vegetables were used so I would go again to this place for sure.

Dietary restrictions: We are pure vegetarians and no eggs. Or meats were used for our food preparations. Neatness of the shop and excellent service adds to the joy too.

Kid-friendliness: Had more varieties of beverages other than just sodas usually at other shops!

We’ve been ordering for 3+ years and the service and food has always been consistent. We pick up, and our order is always on time. Pizza is great, so are the baked wings! Pizza by Johnny is better than any of the pizza chains around town. Friendly service and delicious food. Whenever we crave pizza, we always choose pizza by Johnny!

I have always enjoyed pizza by Jonny’s pizza and I still enjoyed my pizza today. My issue is with the service that I got.
1) the phone call to order my pizza took over 5 minutes and I was put on hold 3 times in the time elapsed.
2) I was told an hour to an hour and 10 minutes.
3) over an hour and a half later I called back to inquire and as I was on the phone I saw the driver pulling in. I explained to the driver that it was not his fault but I was disappointed at how late it was.
4) then I get a call from pizza by Johnny where as I tried to explain it was just a frustrating transaction but no big deal. The person basically just tried to speak over me. I said the order took too long and I was put on hold 3 times. He then proceeded to tell me they don’t put customers on hold. At which point I’m now mad. I said I’m done and hung up.
This is by far the worst service Ive ever received from this establishment. But it was most certainly enough for me to never repeat business with pizza by Johnny. Too bad cause I liked the food. But I can’t see ever wanting to do business without any reconciliation of some sort.
As a note this is not how you should treat a repeat customer ever. Especially one who used to give good word of mouth promotion of your establishment.

I love the slices, big and delicious. You also cant beat the price.

Good pizza that has a nice crispy crust. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. There was also a mango juice available for purchase. Pizza sauce had a nice flavour and dipping sauces available with purchase.
