I had a really good experience at this Pizza Pizza. The staff were friendly and attentive, and you could tell they cared about getting things right. They handled my order quickly, explained everything clearly, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.

The food was solid, too — the pizza was hot and fresh, with a good amount of toppings and a nice balance of crust and cheese. Everything tasted well-prepared, and it came out exactly the way I wanted.

Overall, this location is reliable and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a well-made meal!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Pizza Pizza. The pizza they gave me was completely burned the bottom was black, the cheese was dried out, and it looked like something that should’ve never been served to a customer. I wouldn’t feel right giving food in that condition not even to someone homeless.

The woman working at the counter made everything even worse. She was rude from the moment I walked in, and when I tried to explain that my pizza was burned and asked for a refund, she didn’t even bother to check it. Instead, she told me to get out of the store.

I walked out with a ruined pizza and no refund. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I hate this place. The rude lady at the front desk not only made my pizza paper thin but it had NO cheese. What's the point of pizza without that has NO cheese at all. The lady yelled at me when I asked for my money back because she said nothing was wrong with it. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. NEVER RECOMMEND. IF I COULD 0 STARS

I wish i had the option to give them 0 stars. WORST STORE EVER. The pizza was paper thin and had barely any cheese on it . The girl working there who’s the owners daughter was incredibly rude and said it looked good to her and the problem was with us not the pizza. she told me she didn’t wanna deal with me and told us to never come back. she yelled at us in front of other customers who were visibly uncomfortable. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND ARROGANT SAVE UR TIME AND ENERGY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE AGAIN. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was paper thin, burnt, and barely any cheese. When I asked the girl working there about it she started yelling and saying don't come here again. Absolutely rude. Save your money, time and energy and go to a different location. Garbage.

Ordered Online for pick up but when I picked up my pizza and brought it home, it was overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other. I went back to the store to explain my concern nicely only to be treated disrespectfully by the woman at the front counter. I started talking to the woman and she said told me she won't refund the pizza even though I showed her the receipt. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This is by far the worst pizza pizza I have been to. At first our order was messed up. When we went to change it, they didn’t refund it. They do not know how to speak to a customer. We had to pay for a new brand new pizza and this is how it turned out, paper thin. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

By far the worst service now. It used to be great but now since past 2 years, it has gone downhill. Ordered an XL Regular dough Pizza & received a fairly burnt out & paper thin pizza that has non existent cheese. The lady on the front desk is least bothered about customers & pays no heed to any complaints.

Ordered the other day. Small cheese pizza and 2 bottles of ginger ale. The pizza was way over cooked and the pop expired in August. Called the location to explain the issue and was told not their problem.

Ordered at 5:15 pm online...went to get it at 5:35pm...the place was crazy...waited 30 mins to talk to someone...told it would be another 5 mins...40 mins later I complained it was taking to long..the girl at the counter said just another 5 mins...Ridiculous..in total...85 mins wait and then no sorry or anything
