The worst customer service. There is an old guy the owner of the store didn’t have sense to speak with customer service. He is so disrespectful. Even he also insulted the uber or other deliveries drivers . I saw it and feel very disappointed. Even he also exploit the worker. He gave work on cash instead of son on 10$ . Even someone have sin and provide to him . He said I can only give you job on cash 10$ per hour and I don’t have any care you have sin. Numbers or not always broken the rules . He is so cheap guy . I prefer to all use other pizza pizza store instead of this disrespectful person store.

Every time you call and order food the customer service workers don’t speak English well and you have to repeat yourself serval times it’s extremely annoying plus the food isn’t good either. Pizza Hut is way way better!! They should have an online ordering system for sure!!! It’s 2025 get with the program. Their system is old fashioned for sure.

I can't believe how rude the people are that work at this location. Worst service ever. I've purchaed many times at other locations I'll never go back. I'll also never purchase from pizza pizza again. Please don't go to this location. Needs new management. The lady I dealt with was yelling at a customer in front of other customers. This deserves zero stars.

When I entered the store there was already an altercation with a customer and the young person working there (possibly woman, not making assumptions). When the customer asked for her name, she refused.
I said you have to give your name, you represent the business. For that she said I have to leave the store and I wouldn’t be served. I phoned customer service. They and the manager in the store offered free food. I said I would pay as long as she was dealt with internally. She then proceeded to mouth me off until I left without food.
I won’t be returning, but will say that the manager was a decent person, my issue is with the girl working there.

I had a great experience at this Pizza Pizza store in Waterdown. Rajveer is very friendly and efficient with a cheerful demeanor and provided excellent customer service.

I would definitely recommend this Pizza Pizza store to all my friends and colleagues
