One would think that a breakfast place would know how to make poached eggs. Three times they tried to make medium poached eggs. They never got it right. I eventually gave up. This was my attempt at a second chance for the franchise. They usually get my eggs wrong. No more chances from me. I will not go back. They made no attempt to make it fair for me, nothing was taken off the bill for ruining my breakfast.

First time customer to this establishment. Food was decent, service was great, prices just OK, not great. One thing that I noticed with the menu is that onions in your home fries is an additional $1.69?! Who does that?
I didn't bother adding the onions because paying for something that would normally be Included seems silly, and if they are not normally cooked with them, adding them in at the last minute would no give me the home fries that I would expect.
So ya, they only get 4 stars instead of 5 ....

Stacked just finished some renovations, and it looks amazing—bright, colourful, and super fresh, which matches the vibe of the food perfectly. It’s always been a favourite spot of mine, but the new look makes it even better. The menu has something for everyone, and I love that they offer gluten-free options too! The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Whether you're craving breakfast or a burger, this place never disappoints.

Food is always awesome. The staff is even better. The new reno has made it very cramped though. Not comfortable unless you get one of the new giant booths

This is my favorite breakfast place, it's my go to. I have a few menu items that I always enjoy. This is also my favorite location. So it breaks my heart to only give it three stars. The reason this is my favorite breakfast place is because the food is fantastic and there is alot of gluten free options. I have an intolerance. But as I was ordering what I usually get, I asked for home fries on the side and a side of hollandaise. I've gotten it many times before and have double checked previous times that the sauce is gluten free. The server than told me that they add flour to the hollandaise to make it thicker. What frustrates me is a place that has so many good gluten free options would take something that is naturally gluten free and now make it inaccessible to people who are Gluten free. There are many other ways you can thicken the sauce without using flour. It also now eliminates certain hashes and eggs Benedict due to the hollindaise now not being gluten free. So to say I'm disappointed that they would be so clueless to add flour to a naturally gluten free sauce is an understatement.
