After entering the store, I confirmed with staff that a 6" turkey sub was $4.99, so I ordered a foot long sub. I guess that math or common sense was not a priority upon hiring and I was told to pay a much larger price than $9.98 because I ordered a footlong.I actually had to tell the staff to charge me for two 6" subs.Also, get rid of the un-ripe green or white colored tomatoes.

Filthy. Animal hairs on the glass, looks like everything wiped with a dirty rag as all the glass was foggy and streaked with greasy rings and finger prints. Walls splashed with food, bathroom had dried urine. They also had no pepperoni. Also what kind of sandwich store doesn’t have mustard?? Opened my sub when I got home to put mustard on it and it was soaked as they put way too much sub sauce on.

I went in there at 8:50 and was told they are closed. I said that it wasn’t 9pm yet and she said, “yeah it was quite so I closed early.” Don’t put 9 as your closing time if you aren’t going to actually close at 9.

Rude and untrained female employee. Said "I can't make you an egg sandwich" no explanation. Felt like we were pulling teeth. Asked if its a new policy, she said "no i just can't make it" asked why again "because I'm not trained to" even though the eggs were out in the meat section. No greeting when we entered.

This is our favourite subway. And Kiran is the absolute best! Whenever I walk in and see her there it makes me so happy because I know my sub is going to be amazing and she is always the sweetest! So shoutout to Kiran for always making the perfect sub!!

Don’t go here. The staff member (male) with the dark framed glasses is exceptionally rude and seems to have underlying issues he needs to resolve outside of work. Noticing he scooped the steak in less than normal quantity, I simply asked if he could fill the side of the bread with steak. He denied and only gave me the option to double the meat for extra cost or too bad. Subway? Is this the service you train your employees to provide your customers? After a simple request, this man’s whole attitude changed, as his smile faded and he began speaking his own language to his associate. Though I don’t understand, I’m no fool to not understand based on your body language that you’re saying something disrespectful. It’s evident by the way you threw (not placed) my lettuce on my sub, and sprayed the sauce all over my sandwich. That’s not all, after I paid, this associate swings the bag at me and does not even wish me a good day. Seems like this service from subway is the new standard now.. very disappointed and definitely will not be returning. I hope something is done about this, as this is not a respectful standard for any business.

Pretty great service! The young lady making our sandwiches was kind, friendly, and quick. The sandwiches were of good quality too. Overall, this is a good subway.
