Standard subway
Always in need of a good cleaning on the tables an around the pop machine
The pop machine never tastes right
Friendly service tho
Regular Subway food
Was empty when I arrived
Parking situation is a bit bad. Hard to enter/exit at busy times
The attitude of employees is awful. The customer service is not really good and no enthusiasm. She doesn’t have to work there if she hates the job. Leave the position to the people who are excited about this job.
Great service and attention to detail. I actually like that the location looks like the original design. Parking is tricky at this location coming from the West. Give yourself lots of time to turn left int the lot and you will need to adjust a few times to align with the slanted spots.

Scammers. Ordered online. Payment processed. Arrived in store, which was empty. “We won’t have your order.” No offer to help, no offer to look into it. Just “nothing we can do.”
Went somewhere else.
Came home, verified payment went through - yes, I was charged. Contacted support online. “Sorry that it happened.” No offer to refund. No attempt to make it right.
Clearly this is why the place is empty at lunch.
If that’s their service, I wonder how closely they follow food safety guidelines.
Absolutely will not consider going back.

The veg Pattie which is ordered was burnt like anything, I really couldn’t eat it and had to throw it out. Really displeased with this, this was my go to place, sadly I won’t be going here from now on

Shocking Bias and Terrible Service at This Subway Location
I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway location. I walked in, and there was only one employee cleaning behind the counter. I placed my order, and she asked me to wait, disappearing for a couple of minutes to refill some of the ingredients I didn’t even need and she knew I didn’t need. Then, another customer, an older white woman, walked in, went straight for the chips and drinks, and claimed she had a pickup order. The employee didn’t ask me if it was okay to serve this new customer first—she simply went ahead, making me wait without any acknowledgment.
I couldn’t believe that not only was I disregarded, but the cashier took her time with this woman, asking a series of questions: “Do you have the app?” “Would you like to redeem points?” “Do you want a combo?” The other customer even had the audacity to turn around and give me a disingenuous apology: “Oh, I didn’t realize it would take this long and I need to pick up my toddle from daycare.” But she knew exactly what she was doing—she cut in front, got prioritized service, and left.
The most frustrating part was the prejudice I felt throughout this interaction. The cashier acted on her bias, assuming that because this woman was older, white, and claimed to have a child waiting, she should be prioritized. It’s unacceptable, especially since I am also an older woman, and what she couldn’t see was that I’m pregnant. No one bothered to consider that I too could have had a long day at work or that I desperately needed to use the washroom. Instead, I was legitimately ignored simply because I wasn’t as visibly demanding as the woman who came in after me.
When it was finally my turn, the sandwich was thrown together in a rush, and I had to repeat my order because I’d been standing there so long that the cashier had forgotten. During payment, she set up the card reader for my points, but walked off mid-process, leaving me struggling to scan my app without assistance. I had to call her back to help, which was extremely frustrating. Not once was I asked if I wanted to use a coupon or redeem my app points.
The real kicker came when I asked if I could wash my hands, only to be told the washroom was being cleaned. I later realized that there was a second employee there the entire time, meaning the store wasn’t as understaffed as I was led to believe. I went to the men’s washroom instead, and when I came out, the cashier had left my sandwich at the counter and walked off—no receipt, no care, nothing.
The customer who walked in after me received stellar service, while I felt like a second-class customer. I had every reason to be treated just as urgently.
To make matters worse, when the woman walked out, her husband and toddler were waiting in a car parked right outside the window. She didn’t even need to pick up her child like she claimed. Her husband even looked at me and laughed as she handed him their food.
I ended up asking the cashier for the manager’s name, and I made sure to tell her that being an older white woman with a child does not entitle someone to receive service first, especially when I was there first for awhile.
If there had been a large line and a shortage of staff, I could have understood needing to make quick decisions, but that was not the case. I was literally the only customer before that lady walked in and yet I was ignored. This location needs a serious lesson in proper customer service, free from prejudice and assumptions.
Absolutely terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

I am uber driver. When come to restaurant for pickup uber order, i ask to the girl who is working there that how much time order will take to ready. She said I don't know. And said u can go now and come later. Its not good way to talk with others. Its very bad behaviour. She was very very rude.
Five statrs for Jaspreet, who made our subs super yummy. My son loved it. Me too ?

I ordered a turkey rancher, I told him "no bacon, I don't eat bacon."
A lady in front of me has someone else helping her with her sub yet the guy helping me found it required to grab her bacon and put it on her sub then proceed to touch my sub with the same gloves and put it on the same tray they just cooked bacon on, bacon that soaked through the parchment paper onto the toasting tray. To top it all off, at the end he used the same knife as the bacon sub for my bacon free sub. Don't come here if you have food restrictions, they don't care.

Have to say the service at this location is amazing. Simran was helping me out and was so kind even though it was getting close to closing time. She was very polite and very kind - would definitely come back here.

The restaurant was clean and had a casual vibe. The staff were friendly and made my sandwich just how I wanted. I had an Italian vaggie patty on whole wheat bread, and the veggies were fresh, the patty was tasty, and the bread was perfect. Subway offers good value, especially with their meal deals. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, customizable, and satisfying meal.
