We tried so many symposium restaurant before the one we liked and we keep going there it's the one on Waterdown there's so many reasons we keep going to Waterdown one. Went in on A quiet Saturday night, most draught beers weren't available which is never A good sign. All of the food was quite good and the service from Tiffany was great. She saved the night.

Our waitress Chinmayee has served us a few times now and is such a lovely girl, great service, great personality and a lovely addition to your staff. Hopefully she g err a paid well because she deserves it.
Another thing I'd like to mention is..... I love how the manager always comes personally to the table to see how our meal is and if everything is ok.... very nice touch. All in all symposium never fails to satisfy us and give us a great dining experience.
