This is one of the few stores in the area that is reliable in the quality of coffee, every time the coffee is good I haven't tried it in the afternoon though. However I had even better coffees add different locations.

Came in today for my coffee decided to go inside insted of drivethrough. i was welcomed with many warm smiles and nice greetings I bealive the man taking my orders name was john. He was taller. Everone seemed very nice and good service. Store was also clean and well taken care of

pathetic. there’s a tall brown guy and a tall white guy working here, cussing at the loudest volume possible. no respect for families sitting inside nor the customers ordering. 0 customer service training. hire some new people this is upsetting. they’re acting like teenagers at their grown age.

Waiting on the cash to replace the order and pay took like 7 minutes cause the guy is on training and that’s ok that’s acceptable but the women thats making my order is busy with helping him or doing stuff here and there and it ended up to wait 19 minutes for the coffees

One of the most dirty Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen, the counters and tables are never properly cleaned, there’s never any toilet paper in the washrooms and it seems like the washrooms are never cleaned it’s absolutely disgusting!! This should really be reported to the health department. There’s always lots of staff and everyone is just standing around doing nothing especially in the afternoon when it’s slow. The floors are dirty as well, I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down for a bug problem. It’s so gross 🤮

I have been riding the $1 iced coffee train all summer long!! Between the surveys emailed and the pile of surveys given to me when I picked up my iced coffee I’ve managed to get iced coffees multiple times a week. What a great promo idea by Tim Hortons! The survey takes moments and you save $1.79 per drink…can’t beat that!
