After taking my order the 6 staff members who had no one in drive-thru five people inside already served I am the only one at the counter thought it was more important to talk about what jobs that they want to do to finish their shift instead of finishing the order that was taken it took 3 minutes to get an extra large hot chocolate and I was the only customer

Evening employees clearly too stoned to notice someone begging to be let into the washroom. Basically screamed "excuse me" half a dozen times to no response from several bleary-eyed employees who I could clearly hear having a casual conversation at a much lower volume. Every customer heard and saw me practically dancing. I ended up just leaving after realizing I'd have to turn myself into a screaming Karen just to relieve myself. The whole experience was extremely embarrassing. Wasn't even able to get a mediocre sandwich.

Absolutely dispise how the reaction from local business to the increased homeless population is to make bathrooms inaccessible.

100% certain based on all the other negative reviews regarding the terrible customer service nothing will change.

Edit: Took less than an hour for a soulless robo response. Remember corporations don't care about you.

Parking: Ample parking but either the parking lot or the exit lane from both Tim and Harvey creates confusion.

Used the drive-thru around 6:00pm on September 4th, whoever the kid running the drive-thru was provided awful service. At the microphone I was greeted with “what do you want”. Arriving at the window to get my order the young male employee slammed the windows open scaring my wife and I. Customer service overall was the worst I’ve ever seen it here, and this wasn’t the first time. I will be avoiding this location at all costs, please hire new or re-train your current employees. Disappointed.

I believe her name is Diljuut? Didnt ask for my timmis card. I let her know I had one and see seemed upset and canceled the order on the machine. I give her my card I guess I got a free Ice Capp… she didn’t say anything. But the Ice Capp was so messy when she handed it over… some fell onto my hands and clothes right away. I really wish there was better communication and manners at this location. At the very lease wipe down the cap so my car and clothes don’t get dirty. I understand your job can be extremely difficult but I would appreciate a clean cup.
