Went to pick up my order. It was hot. It was exactly what I asked for and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend the food. The pizza was thin crust as I requested and my poppers which were done with banana peppers because I don't care for the actual jalapeno peppers and it was done to perfection. I will definitely be going back over and over and over again. Well done Gino's pizza staff!

I've been actively ordering from here for 3 years. I am beyond disgusted with two dips smashed into my pizza. Like your employees touched those containers plus whatever other contaminated surfaces they touched. This is beyond disgusting. And I'm so so disappointed as this was the only pizza place I enjoyed.
Gross! like I won't eat any of this now.
My wife said they are going to refund our money. So I will rate three stars. The owner needs to speak to their employees about cross contamination.

I had the best experience at Gino’s. I’ve tried out other pizza places in the area but by far Gino’s is the best. Workers are friendly and efficient. The pizza is fresh, hot and very flavourful. Their panzos are so delicious. And their bites are next level! Definitely recommend for anyone

Went Saturday to Gino's. Waited for over 10 minutes in line as they only had 1 girl working as a ice cream server, cashier and cook Had to wait for her to serve 1 ice cream and take one order. Then she walked away without even saying anything to me, came back 5 minutes later and said can I help you. Very poor service as they don't have enough people working.

Have ordered twice from here and delivery both times were horrible (not that far from the store)! Last time I ordered, the delivery was 1-1/2 hours after ordering. When I called for up-dates the calls went to voice mail. When I called the (800) number they couldn't even get in touch with the store. Food is good but probably won't order from this location again.
