About a year ago, I was in the area, and I walked into Ritzy‘s and saw some very plump and tempting apple fritters. I bought one, and later, when I tucked in *just* as I was on my way out of town, I immediately regretted not buying more. Or telling others about this masterpiece of a donut until NOW…It was the best apple fritter I’ve ever had! Honestly! I think it had something to do with the spice mixture - perhaps it was the nutmeg contained within - that elevated it to *stratospheric*. I mean, it has haunted me for a year. ?Do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to one of these pillows of apple and spice delight. It’s a beguiling and rare find, indeed. ?

Great spot in Waterford. Eat in or take out. Soup, "Build your own sandwich" with lots of bread, wrap options and fillings. Chicken salad with pumpkin seeds and cranberries was a winner. Good selection of bakery items and Shaw's ice cream. We will be back when in the area and will spread the word.

Robin and the Ritzy team did an absolutely incredible job on our wedding cake. It exceeded our expectations and was absolutely beautiful! We asked for a unique custom design (kinda vintagey, classic piped wedding cake style) and Robin was sure to get a detailed description of what we envisioned and sent over some pictures to make sure she understood what we were lookin for! I told her that as long as it was pretty and fit our inspo that I wanted her to just go crazy and be creative with it! I was so happy to see her artistry come to life! Our cake was lemon with vanilla buttercream icing and a raspberry jam layer and it was to die for, so moist and the icing was just the right amount of sweetness to go with the tartness of the lemon and raspberry, we saved our top tier for our 1 year wedding anniversary and just cannot wait to enjoy it again!We also ordered 3 different kinds of cupcakes to make it easier for our guests to enjoy! We got lemon with vanilla buttercream, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and marble cake with chocolate icing, ALL were amazing as well.Robin also has a lovely option for a take home wedding cake tasting, it was fabulous and made for a great at home date night!

They make gorgeous custom cookies! We had them made for an event and they were beautiful and super tasty. They are individually wrapped which makes them a perfect party favour ....and I love the sparkles on top!
