We waited over 2 hours for our orders to come out.
Watched multiple tables around us get their orders while no one checked on our table.
Finally had to go ask that whenever our order was ready to please have it boxed up (again no one checked in)
Still paid over $100 for the meal, to come home and unbox and realize the order was wrong.
Completely disappointing experience.

wasn’t busy at all, sat at the bar for over 20mins without being helped. i was looked off multiple times, after waving down a waiter. again it wasn’t busy, max 5 people inside. i I left as soon as someone sat down next to me and the waiter came up and asked him what he would like to drink in less than a minute of sitting down and walked away when i said excuse me. my second time having this service and i dont think i will be back after that.

Im a regular of Swazzees. The chefs are fantastic always surprised looking at food and all servers are so kind and friendly. I feel very comfortable there dine in or take out whenever. Ordered 100.00 of take out, wings, mushroom caps, onion rings, all over cooked. Wings basically had no sauce. Crispy Buffalo chicken straps no sauce of flavor to speak ofand overcooked. Called in they offered to remake but not from town so would have to drive back so that wouldn'twork. Then was told to have a good evening as they hung up. Just ate a wing horrible taste not going to eat anything else from this order. So tired of these places or so called restaurants with whoever they can grab to cook. No skills other than self proclaimed or their family or friends taste something and suggest they should be a cook.. Definitely not a chef. These were simple dishes and if you can't do these meals always good consistently then shut your doors and stop screwing customers. I'm tired of hearing the same excuse of ohhh. Sorry we had a different chef today. Bull . Stop calling people chefs that have never been to school. It's an about insult to chefs who have earned that title across this country.

Ordered takeout for the first time Saturday night. Order was taken on the phone promptly and correctly. I was told food will be ready 30 minutes and was on time. Ordered 2 apps and 3 mains for $90 before tip, everything was very hot, fresh and tasty. The ladies working were welcoming and friendly. Would order from here again and would definitely eat in too!

Paid $15.00 (plus $4 tip) for what I thought was Jumbo shrimp ...it was regular sized shrimp and only received 7 of them. I usually buy a big bag for $9.00 at Walmart. And the tails were still on them as well.
Total waste of my money.
