There have been multiple times I have ordered from inside this location and then forgotten about while waiting for my order. Stood beside the order area the staff look at me and pass by with other orders upwards of 10 minutes before someone finally asks if I'm waiting for something. No excuse for this. Train your staff better.

2/5 for me. I ordered a Pizza and when i was waiting for 20+ minutes, i told a staff member that i was waiting for 20 minutes and i needed to head back to high school, when i told them thats when they started making it, then when me and my friends sat down it was so greasy, they didnt cut it properly so i had to rip it apart (which ripped the bread alot) and when i picked it up the cheese fell off?? Overall 2/5.

Every time I order dark roast coffee they serve me original ( happened atleast 10x) If it isnt brewed, instead of serving original, just inform the customer so they are able to order something else

Worst experience two times in a row. Ordered two iced chai and both were gross but totally different. Hot chai tasted like nothing, but slightly like grass. Spent 40 dollars and ruined my whole day. Pumpkin muffin was good but I could have made a dozen muffins in the 40 minutes we waited. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your time!
