I hate to leave a bad review however, in the evening going through the drive thru is always a hit or miss. My order was the wrong size when I got to the window but when I looked at the lid it said RM (regular with milk) so when I told them I ordered a large and when they remade it I didn’t think to check if they made it with milk! I only assumed that it was correct, however when I got home and took a sip I realized they made it with cream. I’m sorry to say this but either your evening staff need to be trained better or they need to pay a little more attention to what they’re doing it’s not that difficult to make coffee and if it is, I think Tim Hortons is the wrong place for you to be employed.
