Unassuming Chinese fpod restaurant. Found by looking for a lunch spot. Best Chinses food we have had in ages. The lunch special menu is great. Owner very accommodating and helpful choosing dishes for my gf wife. Definetly worth seeking put in Waterford.

My husband and I ordered take out and ordered the spring rolls. They told us over the phone they were out of the regular spring rolls, but they would substitute for mini ones. When we got to the restaurant we were told they were actually all out of spring rolls. They offered to refund us for those on a gift card. The manager then came out super apologetic, and even offered us a free dish of our choice. Him and the staff were so incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. We will 100% make the drive back just because of how friendly everyone was. 10/10!

The owners and staff are amazing! The food is 100% perfect! I can't say enough about Yin's. If you've never been- I highly recommend! They also have a other location in Port Dover! Very VERY nice people!

Yin's get your act together on the food. Gen. Tao tasted like it was burnt. Gravy was full of grease and watery. No taste on any of the food. Was not happy at all

I would give it a 0 if a 0 was available. I ordered at 530 they said it would be ready at 555 I had to ask at 620 how much longer. They were handing out people's orders that were coming in after my order. I will never be back

Food was disgusting. Didn't eat it. The chicken balls and breaded shrimp where not cooked. Like it came from the freezer to my bag. The breaded pork also not cooked well with sauce thrown on top. Worst I've ever had. Was recommended. Not sure what haooened with my order.
It’s gone downhill fast. What used to be a staple in the area has become mediocre at best and grossly overpriced. Really unfortunate.

This place is something else wouldn't recommend coming here the the kitchen help is offel, l came on a Friday night and was told to come back, the kitchen was behind?? Another time l drop in in the afternoon and was told the kitchen was on break from 2 30 to 3pm, so don't waste your gas going to yins in Waterford.

Did a time order and had to wait 2 hours. I understand that they can get busy, but if you can't handle it, atleast turn off your "open" sign. Absolutely ridiculous! The food is great but whats the point of a time call, if you can't fulfill the requests, then just say that. And they ran out of chicken balls? Wtf ???!!!
