Unassuming Chinese fpod restaurant. Found by looking for a lunch spot. Best Chinses food we have had in ages. The lunch special menu is great. Owner very accommodating and helpful choosing dishes for my gf wife. Definetly worth seeking put in Waterford.
My husband and I ordered take out and ordered the spring rolls. They told us over the phone they were out of the regular spring rolls, but they would substitute for mini ones. When we got to the restaurant we were told they were actually all out of spring rolls.
