I have been here many time there’s always something wrong with my order either they don’t put in what u order or it’s always a different price and half the time the scanner thing doesn’t work and they won’t give u the deals . And they will argue with u on what u ordered .

Filthy filthy filthy.
This place is horrifically filthy. I’m actually shocked they’ve continuously passed dine safe. Every surface is covered in grime, debris, and muck.
Lights, floors, the stainless steal appliances, the doughnut and food cabinet, the windows, tables and especially the bathrooms (which are the most horrific public bathrooms I’ve ever seen). Every surface in this establishment is absolutely vile. I couldn’t even find anywhere that was suitable to sit. The chairs by the fireplace were the most disgusting, greasy and sticky things I’ve seen. They should honestly be embarrassed to be open to the public like this. It’s shockingly bad.
If you look at their Dine Safe history online you can see they’ve routinely been grilled about cleanliness every single year.
My other issue is the continuous issue with stock. They never have anything, offer a substitute and then tell you “my mistake the substitute I offered isn’t available either.”
I’m done with this location. I’ll just go elsewhere. You’re only getting 5 stars on service because your staff are friendly to your face.

Great pit stop. Wonderful staff at the register. The only suggestion is to have someone go around and wipe down the tables a bit more often. It got busy when we went, so I'm sure we just missed a bunch of people using the table before us. Overall, it was still quite clean, including the washrooms, given that people were lined up for it too.
