I been in this Tim Hortons twice,both times customer service is not friendly, and other workers have been standing talking .The washrooms were so filthy, the garbage can full ,garbage bin on the wall was taped shut.Out in the dining area the counters are chipped the floors are black with dirt around the base and wall.Windows are not clean.I won't order food their ,I watched the lady making food grab two sandwich rolls with her bare hands.if the washroom and the floors are disgusting I'd hate to see the prep area

My mobile order is always ready when I get there, and when I order at the counter the staff are always welcoming and polite. I’ve never had an order made incorrectly and everything is fresh and delicious!

Absolutely gross place bathrooms were disgusting but it doesn’t even matter me writing this review because this has been an ongoing issue for a year now reading these other comments. Shocking. I didn’t even want to eat after going in here. Lost my appetite
