Dropped in on a Sunday after a candy/ice cream shop didn’t work out in Petrolia. A bit of a drive but what else are you doing on Sunday anyway?
Got there okay, was open, great start. Had an odd smell in the place and a crying child so that’s the only reason for the 4 stars on the atmosphere. But the 2 ladies behind the counter were nice and fun to chat with. They also had a few video games to play for free (I got the high score for Ms Pac-Man, of course).
I got a banana split, my go to dessert - chose 2 scoops of polar express (mint & chocolate ice creams mixed with Oreo cookies) & one chocolate (they use Shaw’s ice cream, nice). Everything was great - cherries on each scoop, whipped cream - the only oddity was caramel sauce instead of pineapple. I prefer the traditional pineapple but was still good.
The wife had a sundae. It was okay. The only odd thing was that it comes with one topping but chocolate fudge is not considered part of it so she would have to get 3 toppings for chocolate fudge, whipped cream, and Skor bits. You would think chocolate fudge was standard fare for a sundae but oh well, whatcha gonna do?

I can't say enough about this place. They use some of the best ice cream out there (Shaw's From St. Thomas) and you can taste the difference. They really look like they thought about the atmosphere because it is super kid friendly with the tables, the game art on the wall, and cool games. I will definitely be back.

The fries here are amazing! The cheese sauce has a little bit of a kick to it ou la la. Highly recommend their poutine! The owners are an awesome bunch. Lovely to see mom and pop shops with good food and down to earth prices. Best wishes!
Lovely customer service, amazing fries and scrumptious poutine! We are so glad we grabbed food from Watford Snack Shack for the ride home! 10/10 reccomend! Edit: forgot to mention how reasonably priced they are, wow!

Picked up an order of fresh cut fries and a fries supreme. The portions were great! The fries were cooked to perfection, and the supreme was delicious.Very friendly staff.Will definitely be back to try one of the delicious Shaw's ice cream flavors or a soft serve.
