We stopped last night because there is always a neat selection of candy..
Now it's very pricey but definitely a neat selection..
Here's my issue..
Today I decide to try my amazing find(Tropical Nerd Rope) Only to find the way over priced candy(2.99each)Has an expiry Date of
OCT 2023....
checked a few other candy stuff I got and same issue..past date
Now I understand old school candy possibly being past date..
My fault for not checking but can they legitly sell it with out advising of such Date ???

Great little place to stop for gas, snacks, and a washroom break when traveling. It is clean.
We tend to get ice cream there, not a meal.

I love stopping here. They have such good ice cream and fudge! Not to mention all kind of candies and snacks. They have lots of international snacks as well, and very nice arts and jewellery. They also sell all kind of trinkets and decorations, almost anything you could imagine. Definitely worth a stop!

It's good. Weird that the old entrence is blocked off and you now need to enter through the gas station doors, but it is what it is.This place is like the Candy Shoppe on Highway 11, just a fair bit smaller.Kawartha ice-cream is nice
Don't go will treat you horribly plus they had rotten fudge which is really rare an disgusting.

Fun country gift shop! Farm fresh stand on Saturday. Toasted Bagel was like drinking butter.

Best store around! We always look forward to stopping in when we are in the area.
Some pretty neat and unique treats, will be going back to try more of the goodies. The bathroom facilities have been 'prettied' up too.

I was attracted by the decoration of the store's front. Bought some gemstones.
Expired product and attendant not equipped to provide a refunds without saying it will come out of his pocket. Not a staff issue - owner issue!
