My family and I bought 2 large poutines, plus a medium and a small poutine, was fairly expensive and the service and food is usually good, we are somewhat regulars and go there a couple times a month, but this time they piled everything into one bag and the 2 large got completely smushed and there was gravy everywhere, fries still tasted okay tho. my mother also went to get ketchup from the dispenser and when she pushed down to dispense ketchup a fly flew out then we realized there was flies all over the ketchup and I guess inside as well, so be careful getting ketchup.

Used to be a regular not anymore, they mess my order almost every time, then refused to stamp my card when the next order would have been free because as they put it “customers have been abusing it”
Update: CS responded via email informing me that the information on their stamp cards is outdated and incorrect and that if you purchase 10 orders at 25$ per order (total of 250$ spent) you will get one small fry for your repeat business…. They also told me they would be sending a coupon in the mail to me but a month later and I haven’t received anything. When I tried to follow up they have stopped responding to my emails. Seems they just pretend to offer customer service.

Odd way to serve hotdogs. You couldn't even grab them. The young staff were nice but the owner saying, What did you do to them, after I showed them what happened when we picked the dog up was something else. He then told us he had no knives. He then told us to use the box as a tool to eat. 9 buck dogs you can't eat. No thanks!
