Only thing I get on my sub is pickles. I asked for more and they straight up told me no. I’ve had this happen multiple times at this location. Got a foot long and they didn’t even give me enough pickles for the one half. Do not go to this subway. It’s worth the trip to go somewhere else.

This used to be my go too subway. The quality has divebombed in recent months. 3 separate visits with weeks in-between. 2 online orders and 1 in person.
All 3 times there is supposedly no Italian Herb and Cheese bread. That's fine, its a popular choice. No big deal. But 3 separate visits and this is still an issue? Seems more like a pattern rather than bad luck or timing.
It wouldn't be an inconvenience if when you placed the online order they called to let you know. Instead the staff opt to not make the order and wait for pickup time to explain. Which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead and choosing a pickup slot. Then when asked why they did not use the phone number provided to call and give a heads up. They LIE and say they did call. My phone records disagree. This happened on BOTH online orders. Again, WEEKS apart.
So, I decided to send my partner in to order in person. Again, we were told no cheese bread. When the staff were pushed as to why they only had the regular Italian available, they were able to magically produce a loaf of herb and cheese.
So if you go and they say no cheese bread, push a little harder, ask why. Maybe they'll find a loaf for you too.

They indicate on their website that they are open until 10:00 p.m. I confirmed with a phonecall, but they said they were only open until 9:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:30. NO bread! So no sandwich. Your main menu item is sandwiches. How can you run out of bread 1.5 hrs before closing. Terrible way to run a business.

I asked for a 6” sub. The guy starts putting meat on a 12” so I remind him it’s on 6”. He takes meat off and puts the bun back into the bread holder. I questioned him and he said it’s ok… everyone gets meat. His partner chimes in to double down that it’s ok. I laughed at them and waited for my sub. Typical food care from typical suspects.
