Great place and the service is really good! Friendly staff! Could have been a 5 star review but I had some issue with my online order lately as it got cancelled for no reason even though it was ordered withing the working hours and had plenty of time to prepare the order. Anyway, as soon as it gets fixed I'll make sure to edit this review! 💯

Best Subway run ever! Footlong Veggie on Herbs & Cheese—toasted perfectly, loaded with fresh veggies & sweet onion sauce. Vishal and staff were friendly, fast, and spot-on. Best Service in town🫶🏼

Even though all subways provide the same food, veggie patty subway here is one of best i had , very well made, ingredients felt fresh and baked well. Very friendly management and courteous staff. Great work!!! Thanks for your efforts

Passed through Wawa a couple weeks ago and stopped for quick bite here. Sandwiches were excellent and place was clean and bright. Outstanding was the staff, a pleasant young man who prepared our food (I'm ashamed that I've forgotten his name!) and the owner, who worked the cash register. They were both so friendly and genuine--with customers and with each other--that I knew it was a business with respect for customers and colleagues as its principles, making our experience warm and inviting in addition to the excellent food. Do stop here when in Wawa. Businesses like this deserve our patronage. And kudos to those two fellows who served us so well!

Ugh! I really wish I got the young man’s name who took our order today. I came in around 2:15 pm with my 21year old son and the Subway employee was so personable! He talked about the weather, asked where we were headed ( camping) told him out to Alberta for school. This young man has a great personality. The food was the best Subway food we’ve had. The buns were good and fresh! Honestly the best Subway we’ve had!

I recommend this place .they open at night till 11..there is only 1 place open till that time..

I’m giving this Subway location a 1-star rating due to an incredibly disheartening experience I witnessed. A young man, clearly hungry, was unable to pay for his sandwich due to the storm preventing him from accessing cash. He had the funds but was unable to complete the transaction because the store wouldn’t accept e-transfer. Despite his desperate attempts—trying multiple ATMs and stores for cash back—your employees showed no empathy. The sandwich sat there, getting cold, while he pleaded for a solution.

What was most upsetting was the complete lack of compassion from the staff. They could have made an exception, covered the cost with their tip jar (which was full of change), or even offered the sandwich as an act of kindness. Instead, they let him struggle until my family and I stepped in to pay the $12.95.

No one should have to beg for food, especially when they have the means to pay under normal circumstances. This situation could have been handled with a little humanity, and it’s disappointing that your employees failed to show any. I truly hope you provide training on empathy and customer service because no one should be treated this way.

I have mixed feelings about subways. They can be so inconsistent! I had a great experience here. Friendly staff, the food was solid (what I’d expect of a Subway). It was clean and they have WiFi so I was able to get some work done too.

Pride of ownership shows in this location.
