30 minute wait for the workers to start making my pizza. They made at least 15 pizzas for people that came in after me and I had to ask 3 times about my pizza before they started making it

Been working in wawa the last 3 weeks I've been given the wrong food orders 2 and coffee has been lack luster for the additional price the you pay at this location where I can't even drink it half the time

Located in Pancake Bay. Service was amazing and what great story doesn't start with... I woke up in pancake bay at the chicken Shack after showering and double checking that both my kidneys were still there I packed my bags and carried on

The staff were lovely, even when I asked the barrista to remake my coffee, after my husband forgot to specify milk instead of cream. The best coffee and breakfast sandwiches of our roadtrip! To the point that I thanked an employee for my amazing breakfast, before leaving. I am 100% not kidding. It was THAT good.
Kid-friendliness: Clean table tops and bathrooms, which are a MUST for my Picky Petunias.

Would love to know who owns this Tim Hortons because if it's Indian people thatexplains why the bathrooms are so filthy
Arrived at the store after placing my mobile order and proceeded to wait at mobile order collection point. I asked a staff member if I was in the correct place or if I needed to be the other side, and was told to wait where I was. After awhile that same staff member called out to the man making coffee asking about a mobile order to which he rudely yelled back yeh I can't make that, we don't have the machine for lattes. Right. So instead of politely letting your waiting customer know you make them feel stupid by yelling across the store for placing a recurring order not knowing that your particular store couldn't do that. Eventually the other staff member offered me a different drink or food which I obviously didn't want or I would have ordered it. I just wanted a refund for the drink they couldn't give me. After checking with the manager I was finally able to get my money back for the coffee minus the tax. So I had to pay tax on a coffee I did not get and my crossaint ended up costing me $3.55. What a joke.
