Worst Tims I've ever been to. The waiting time in the Drive-through is terrible with waiting times could be up to 40 minutes! The staff are terrible with the workers to busy talking to each other to serve you. The staff always gets your order wrong and treat customers poorly.

I arrived at the small Tim Hortons in Wawa at exactly 9:28, but unfortunately, the staff informed me that only coffee, donuts, and a few cold drinks were available. All the hot items such as pizza, sandwiches, and salads were already closed for the day, even though the advertised closing time is 10:00 p.m. The staff was friendly and polite, but since we were on a long drive and there were no other places to eat nearby, it was quite disappointing. I wanted to report this experience and hope it can be addressed in the future.
A wonderful place with good coffee and a pleasant ambiance. I was on a long drive to Marathon and stopped here for a drink. The washroom was clean and tidy, and the customer service was fast and friendly. A great spot to take a quick break and refresh before continuing the journey

Ever since new management took over Tim Hortons in Wawa, Ontario locally owned or operated you never see them there
Staff not changing there gloves when doing tasks making food and then doing a different task the last time I was there the one that was working the food prep went to the main entrance with the gloves on and pushed open the door went back to the food prep and continued handling food never changed the gloves once
The restaurant side seating is disgusting been there twice with in a week about 4 days apart I don't know if any of the staff know how to clean windows or wipe down the tables chairs and booths
What a mess.
95% of the stall there can't even speak English they are loude and when calling out I mean yelling out a order number you can't understand them
So all the people waiting for there orders are standing there looking at each other
Tim Hortons was never run or managed like this since day one when the business first opened in Wawa, Ontario

I am absolutely disgusted and outraged by the behavior of the Tim Hortons Wawa manager and her two twin sons. On the night of September 23rd, 2023, at around 1:15 AM, I was brutally attacked by the manager's sons and their three friends. I had the misfortune of catching them red-handed coming out of my driveway, and instead of facing the consequences, they decided to unleash their rage on me. It was a vicious, unprovoked assault that left me injured and shaken to my core.
The injustice doesn't end there. While the three friends of the manager's sons were charged for their involvement, the manager's sons walked free. Why? I strongly believe it’s because the manager, using her position and influence, must have bribed the police to ensure her precious sons faced no repercussions. Guaranteed something happened. It's a clear display of corruption and abuse of power.
I have irrefutable evidence that proves one of the sons admitted to his friend (who wasn't present but showed up after the fact) that he was responsible for knocking me out. This evidence should be more than enough to have the manager and her sons charged immediately. But no, they continue to walk free, their actions swept under the rug by a system that seems to favor the powerful over the victims.
This incident has left me with a deep sense of betrayal and anger. I demand justice and accountability. The manager and her sons need to be held responsible for their actions, and Tim Hortons should take immediate action to address this egregious behavior. I will not rest until those responsible are brought to justice.
To anyone considering visiting this Tim Hortons, be warned: the manager's corrupt influence extends beyond the walls of this establishment, and you may find yourself on the receiving end of her sons' violence or the target of her corrupt practices. This is not a place where justice prevails.

Waiting in the drive thru line up for 30 minutes for one large coffee. There may have only been 6 vehicles in front of me.
Once I got my coffee, it tasted awful, as if they're using spoiled cream.
AVOID THIS LOCATION - IT IS MANAGED POORLY, NON HYGENIC, LONG WAITS.

Awesome customer service! Staff made a few mistakes in our order, yes it happens specifically when it's super busy. The manager quickly fixed our order with a smile! Excellent customer service!

Wawa Tim Hortons is a regular stop for me when travelling Hwy 17. Unfortunately my experiences at this location over the last few years have been declining from extended wait times to quality of service and on my last visit, attitude from the young man serving me at the drive through. When I first turned into the parking lot there were no cars in the drive-thru and I thought this should be really quick however when I got to the window and started receiving my items, the order was wrong, by a lot. A supervisor had to be called to review the order and charge the proper amount and when I left there were several cars lined up, no doubt frustrated with the wait.
The young man had attitude while taking the order and afterwards when he made the errors, never once apologizing for the error or wait. The supervisor had to step in and do damage control.
Over the last few years I was hoping the service would have improved and I wouldn't have had to let others know through this review what they might be in for if they visit this location.

Awesome experience.. staff is very friendly and polite. Specially guy name MALACHI he is very professional, polite and he helped me alot im deciding my order. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the food was fresh and tasty. Coffee was spot on as always. A reliable place for good food and great service. Really happy with the service here. Love coming back to this Tim Hortons!”
