The service at this restaurant was horrendous it’s been 45 minutes so far and haven’t even got drinks yet. I talked to someone and he said he’ll be over right away and still hasn’t come over. They have two servers and have given people their drinks and food when they arrived at the same time as us or later than us don’t come here

Right in the heart of Wawa, beautiful chalets - parking is easy even with a boat. Staff is friendly and everything is clean and working. I'd definitely stay here again. If you are swinging through this is a great place to stay.

We actually were at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Looks like a Cabellas in there, nice restaurant. Nice lunch we had. Waitress was a little saulty at first but came around after she made us a few drinks.

Rooms were spacious enough and beds were comfortable. Towels and bedsheets were clean. Reception area was clean and nicely decorated. Quiet and decent place to stay. The only thing to be mentioned here that customer service was not much good. I just asked for little checkout and they simply denied it. Not even for half hour. Overall good place to stay.
Room I had was very clean and a nice comfortable bed! The staff here are awesome and the restaurant is top notch! My favourite place to eat along the section of the TransCanada and I’m glad I had a reason to spend the night!
Had such a pleasant experience here and will definitely be back!

So the reason I’m giving it 3 stars as opposed to 4 is that they don’t include any breakfast with their hotel stays. So I was thinking I’d have to pay for it extra, which I was prepared to do. But by the time I checked out and got into their restaurant they weren’t even serving breakfast.
So I just had a juice and left, because their wasn’t anything that interested me on their lunch menu. I saw an older couple at another table do the same thing. Funny thing was that the booklet in the hotel said breakfast and lunch were served in their grill till 2pm, but I guess that’s not the case…
