I went through the drive thru on February 18, 2024. I was so impressed by the friendly service and the professionalism by the team. I was very impressed by Shilpa. She helped me pick a coffee that I have not tried before. I will definitely be back for a Latte .

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. Despite waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes, none of the staff, particularly Kuldeep, attended to me. Even though he noticed me, he prioritized chatting with colleagues over serving customers. Another person who arrived after me was served first. Frustrated, I attempted to use the drive-through, where the service was equally rushed and unfriendly, with Kuldeep handling the transaction rudely. Overall, it was the worst customer service I’ve encountered, especially considering my background working in the fast-food industry for four years.
