Bamboo Restaurant offers food that’s decent and fairly priced, making it a reasonable option for a quick meal. However, the restaurant’s interior feels quite old and worn out, with furniture that could use an upgrade. Despite that, I genuinely hope their business grows — they have potential, and with a little improvement in ambiance, it could become a much more inviting place to dine. 🌿

Asked for chicken balls Beef broccoli Vegetables Lo mein light vegetables more noodles $50… Basically paid 50 dollars for chicken balls and soggy vegetables 😀 oh and it was an issue getting more than four packets of soy sauce. Don’t recommend.

Just spend $160 dollars on this food and my chicken fried rice has no vegetables my sauce for chicken balls is cold my yellow chicken got in separate containers so I have to mix them together instead of having a container with it mixed in and I have my chicken chow mein that's doesn't look good worst place I have ordered from in years okay not happy one bit tks bamboo I appreciate your sloppy service

How is it humanly possible for 3 orders in a row that they send dishes with onions. I am allergic to onions. We make a point of making sure it is very clear. No Onions! No I don’t want it remade, I don’t want to waste my time driving back while the rest gets cold and I get to eat alone. Just make the order correct. Several times stated, allergy stated, yet here I am dishes with onions. This will be the last time for me.

Bamboo is a favorite. It's been around forever. Food is top notch. 😋 service was slower than usual and they do a lot of take out. Mostly take out. You could grab a table or sit at the front. It was cold inside while I waited so it's really a take out place. Awesomeness 👌

I usually have no issues with Bamboo but while I was waiting for my food, I used the washroom and they were all upset with me because they didn't have running water. If there is no running water, how the heck are they washing their dishes?

Good hot food there but some places it's not really hot---prices are good I would go again only one thing I didn't like was the plates were not warmed up-----THIS takes the temperature of food DOWN---------SO EAT FAST

I’ve been ordering from Bamboo for years! I mostly get the S&S chicken ball combo plate. It’s affordable and fresh and always delicious!

Love their food! We ordered on New Year's day and they were quite busy. Which was expected. Got our food a bit late but it was just as good, hot and plentiful as it always is. Ane we now have a new favorite- cheese wontons. 😋

I've been coming here since the original and just like the saying goes...nothing beats the original Wayne and Pearl Seto. We ordered our traditional new years meal for 530 which was 40 min late to bring home only to bite into shrimp with the fecal vein still in the shrimp. Black poop was throughout each shrimp. When I called to ask about their quality standards I was told this was their process. I asked when it changed as I used to work there and had to peel and gut the shrimp as common practice with original owners.They switched ppl on the phone 3 times for the last man to tell me they were too busy to do it and to bring it back to get my money back. Which I did and informed that I would have rather waited longer for quality food or be told that they ran out then to be served food with poop in it. Money makes the world go round but when you disrespect the very ppl that support you and say that the money is more important then the quality or commitment is disturbing. What else are they cutting corners on? We won't be back. Another local tradition lost.
