Moved back to Welland a month ago and decided to order from Bamboo Restauramt, seeing how it was just down the street, was very discussed by the food, very tasteless and dry, also ordered the soup, which was the worst I've ever tasted, not impressed and will not go there any more

Quality is not the same, don't order chicken balls , like everyone says ALL DOUGH, might as well call them dough balls. If you have the munchies and need a quick fix , whatever, go for it , if you go for quality , this is a hard NO. MINGS AND TIE PINK IS where you can tell they care about the quality of food they put out. Sorry, just being honest.

Bamboo Restaurant offers food that’s decent and fairly priced, making it a reasonable option for a quick meal. However, the restaurant’s interior feels quite old and worn out, with furniture that could use an upgrade. Despite that, I genuinely hope their business grows — they have potential, and with a little improvement in ambiance, it could become a much more inviting place to dine. 🌿

Asked for chicken balls Beef broccoli Vegetables Lo mein light vegetables more noodles $50… Basically paid 50 dollars for chicken balls and soggy vegetables 😀 oh and it was an issue getting more than four packets of soy sauce. Don’t recommend.

Just spend $160 dollars on this food and my chicken fried rice has no vegetables my sauce for chicken balls is cold my yellow chicken got in separate containers so I have to mix them together instead of having a container with it mixed in and I have my chicken chow mein that's doesn't look good worst place I have ordered from in years okay not happy one bit tks bamboo I appreciate your sloppy service
How is it humanly possible for 3 orders in a row that they send dishes with onions. I am allergic to onions. We make a point of making sure it is very clear. No Onions! No I don’t want it remade, I don’t want to waste my time driving back while the rest gets cold and I get to eat alone. Just make the order correct. Several times stated, allergy stated, yet here I am dishes with onions. This will be the last time for me.

Bamboo is a favorite. It's been around forever. Food is top notch. 😋 service was slower than usual and they do a lot of take out. Mostly take out. You could grab a table or sit at the front. It was cold inside while I waited so it's really a take out place. Awesomeness 👌

I usually have no issues with Bamboo but while I was waiting for my food, I used the washroom and they were all upset with me because they didn't have running water. If there is no running water, how the heck are they washing their dishes?

Good hot food there but some places it's not really hot---prices are good I would go again only one thing I didn't like was the plates were not warmed up-----THIS takes the temperature of food DOWN---------SO EAT FAST
