Do not order here.Hate to say it but this was such a waste of money and an embarrassing display of take out!I will follow up with pictures but we ordered dinner for 6 and here's how it went:The good:1) fried rice was decentThe bad:1) Chicken balls were all dough2) Egg rolls were flat and tasted old3) chow mein was really "gooey" and had no real flavour4) Honey Garlic spare ribs were a miserable excuse for meat5) Breaded shrimp was very doughy and the vein wasn't removed...in my opinion this is disgusting.6) Menu said that $70 before tax would get extra chicken balls or chicken wings...I assume breaded shrimp was given instead but it was gross.I hate to call out a restaurant like this but this is terrible. If you serve food to the public then you should take pride in it. Maybe my expectations are too high but if you think this is "good food" then you may be delusional.*maybe update the inside restaurant....it's falling apart. Tile coming off the floor place hasn't changed in 40 years.

Don't waste your money!!! Every dish is covered with 3/4 vegetables and barely any meat. Cost $20 per Container and barely get any meat. Owner literally screamed at me telling me it's ubers fault its so expensive, and there is very little meat because of inflation. What a joke!!!!! I spent $90 for 3 Containers of chopped peppers and onions.

Just ordered take out from Uber and it looks literally nothing like lo mein should. It's inedible. Absolute waste of money. The good review must be old. A word to the owner: don't skimp on quality to save a dollar. These are not lo mein noodles.

It's filthy smelling and looks disgusting! If you want quality Chinese food go to lily’s‘s Cuisine. Bamboo is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! If you go to Lily’s’s cuisine, you’ll never go back to Bamboo restaurant.! Anyone who rated this place higher than a 1 don’t know what real Chinese food tastes like!!

On October 5th, my husband phoned to order food for delivery.This place has changed hands and it’s awful. The previous owners were so nice, helpful, always glad to hear from you. No problem with ordering, or delivery. We ordered from them often.The new staff and owner are very very rude people and the kicker is they don’t understand English, my husband couldn’t understand what they’re saying. You’d think being in customer service and in Canada that they’d learn how.The person who answered the phoned doesn’t know what he’s doing. My husband placed the order for 3 dishes and asked for the total. It’s like pulling teeth to get an answer. My husband then asked if there was a delivery charge, the guy said $8.00. What!!! $8.00 to deliver you’ve got to be kidding me. A woman then got on the phone reciting the price for the order saying “you pay” “you pay”. My husband tried to get a word in edgewise, no way in hell, she wouldn’t let him.I finally told my husband to cancel the order.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

they’re food is good. they sent me the wrong order when i called to ask them to send me the correct order they wanted me to pay for the food and delivery again. very rude attitude the owner actually hung up on me! long story short waited 3.5 hours for them to deliver my food. not impressed at all… not to even mention i ordered from the menu just to find out they’ve completely changed the menu but has not updated or notified anyone and instead of telling me this before i ordered they kept screaming none sense into the phone not letting me get a single word in. horribe

I haven't ever had any bad food from here, it's been around since the beginning of time so it can't be bad. The inside hasn't been updated since then either, so if a fancy dine in experience is what your looking for perhaps looks else where. But if good food at a good price is all you need check them out.

Why bother having a website menu if I cant order from the website. I tried calling and I couldn't understand a word the person on the other end was saying. I tried to just list off the items I wanted and they seemingly asked a bunch of questions, but I didn't understand a word, so I just hung up. Can't recommend if I couldn't even order. I have no idea how good the food or service is as I never got that far.
