Went to the Blue Star again tonight! I had the broasted white chicken w/broasted potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken is always so moist with a nice crispy outside. My husband had the closed roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. Beef was plentiful and very tender. Meal was nice and hot, quick and service was awesome as usual. Came to the Blue Star for our Christmas Dinner, 10/10 in our opinion! Highly recommend. Trish and Peter went above and beyond to help make sure our group of 30 were will taken care of.
