Waitress kept bringing us someone else's order, and dropped our order at another table and then went to get it and brought it to us. I told her I wanted a new one. She also brought us wrong drinks and tried to give my husband the debit machine after he paid instead of the receipt . Poor waitress was really having a hard time. Food was ok.

Went to the Blue Star again tonight! I had the broasted white chicken w/broasted potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken is always so moist with a nice crispy outside. My husband had the closed roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. Beef was plentiful and very tender. Meal was nice and hot, quick and service was awesome as usual. The owner came to our table to check on our meal and service. The bill very reasonable and I even had half my dinner left for lunch tomm. The most awesome thing is that the Blue Star is always consistent with food and service. Way to go!! We'll be back soon!!

Our ladies' church group had our Christmas luncheon in the Banquet room at the Blue Star. It was beautifully decorated and we were taken care of personally by the owner Trish. The food was hot, served promptly, and all the special dietary requests were accommodated. As well, the portions were generous.Trish was attentive to the ladies' needs and checked in with us often. We weren't rushed and enjoyed a wonderful meal in an inviting environment. Would recommend this venue for any large event.

We came here for the first time. What a great place for breakfast! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and pleasant to speak to. Definitely coming here again when I come back to Welland.

These guys are definitely one of the best restaurants in Welland. Their wings are literally the best in Niagara by far you cannot beat the size in the quantity overall whole cooked meals. Sometimes they might have an off day, but it’s like any restaurant still five stars in my book.

This was my first visit to Blue Star, and my partner's second.
It was 2 of us for dinner.
We had the homemade lasagna and a toasted clubhouse with fries.
Our meals were absolutely delicious, and the portions very large.
They have a very extensive menu.
Lots of choices depending upon what you are in the mood to eat.
The bill before tip came to about $45.00, so the prices were reasonable too.
Special mention to our server who was friendly and efficient.
Love that it's a Mom and Pop restaurant.
These are very difficult to find these days.
We will definitely be back to eat our way through the menu!

We were in Welland for a Regatta. Blue Star was close to our venue and had delicious homemade food, just what we needed to fuel some athletes Everyone at our table finished everything and we grabbed dessert to go, best coconut cream pie we’ve ever had.
